The food, ambiance and the buffet were top notch. The buffet contains both veg and non veg options with healthy south indian, north indian and continetial.

It is PG, rooms are not clean, toilets are dirty, no basic facilities. Bedsheets not clean, blankets not clean and torn, floor not swept, toilets faucets broken and drainage issue and water clogging.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They demand extra amount during check in. Very dirty and unhygienic room.
They denied to clean also.

Location near to my place of work.
They denied room for us, stating that the amount paid is very less and The price specified in booking.com is incorrect. How am I responsible for that?
It was midnight and I didn't have another option, but to pay the extra amount.
Even then, Rooms were stinking, especially the toilet with an unbearable smell of Gutka.
I asked for a bottle of water and after half an hour, they delivered a bottle without sealed cap. They have hand filled it and was asking for money. Luckily, I could deny it since it was early in the morning.
They have PG services there, and I saw people eating that typical hostel macaroni. I had the same for breakfast. But I was charged more than three times the normal amount. ₹150 for the ₹40 hostel macaroni.

They ask for extra charges to check-in and deny for any co-operation, the geyser wasn't working, there was no key for the room too so one have be careful with this thing. I had a rough time while checking in but after that the things were pretty good.
