SomeBeach was a perfect gateaway for our family!
It had everything you needed, and MORE
very short walk to a public beach access. Never crowded. Danielle, our host, was ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it the absolute best vacation. Very repsonsive! Location of home was great. Close enough to what you need, but still felt uncommercialized in the neighbor hood! My family will definitely stay with Danielle again!

The property is amazing and has so many fun activities available. Communication was always quick with the owner and we didn’t have any issues. Would stay here 100 times over.

Our family loved our stay at Some Beach!
It has everything you need for the perfect vacation.
The home was spotless and stocked with basic essentials.
The beds were comfortable and the the view from the upper deck is awesome.
The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.
It was nice to not share a pool with 50 other people like when we stay at the resorts.
It was a quick trip to the beach and there are umbrellas and chairs along with beach toys and games in the closet.
The biggest plus for me about this place was the fenced in yard.
I take my dogs with me everywhere. I do not board them. If you’re the same, you will appreciate not having to harness them up several times a day and ride an elevator, then try and find a spot for them that doesn’t burn their paws. Just open the back door and know they are secure to explore. My Rosie girl saw a lizard and babysat that spot the next 7 days.
There are dog treats, bowls, blankets and more for your fur babies. I appreciated that Danielle was welcoming to them.
She was an amazing host and very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again instead of the big resorts. It’s so close to everything!!!

We took family and friends and had a great time. The house was exactly as presented online. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have. I spent mornings watching the sunrise on the upstairs deck and ended the day with sunsets at the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach which gave lots of flexibility since we were there with 8 young adults.
Danielle was quick to answer questions and communicate both before, during, and after the trip. I couldn’t have asked for more from her or the home.

Our Family had a blast staying here. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had kids, pets and grandparents, and all enjoyed the stay. Pool and hot tub were fun to have on site, and walk to the beach is just right (not too far, but far enough to get your daily steps in). House was clean, and check-in and out were a cinch.

We had a crew of 6 adults and 3 kids, first thing we came to was a set of pool toys for each kid as soon as we walked in the door. Next we noticed just how clean the house was! I don’t know if we’ve ever stayed in such a clean rental! Danielle was the absolute best! She checked in on us a few times throughout our stay just making sure we didn’t need anything! The effort and thought for things she has put into her home for families of all ages to enjoy is just phenomenal! If I could give more than 5 stars on everything I would! We will 100% be staying at Some Beach again for the next family vacation!

Some beach provided all the amenities of home. The house was very clean when we arrived and appealing to the eyes. The backyard, pool, hot tub and entire area was very nice. The walk to the beach was a short 3 to 4 blocks and very easy access. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had 11 people and three dogs. Danielle was very nice to work with for all of our needs.

Our group of 10 easily fit in this home and enjoyed all the amenities! Short 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive away from restaurants and nightlife. The host was awesome and very quick to respond. We would love to stay again!

This property in PCB was absolutely perfect for our family reunion with 11 people ranging in age from 5 months to 68 years plus two dogs.
The layout of the house and special toys/activities kept us all busy. The walk to the beach was easy.
Danielle was extremely responsive and made the trip perfect.

House was immaculate, 0.3 miles from the beach, took maybe 5 minutes. Host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house has a pool, hot tub, board games, and several beach toys/chairs with a wagon. Great place to spend the week! It’s also at a great location, still close to everything but more relaxing as it’s more residential so you still get the same nice beach without too much of a crowd.
