I havent received my refund even i have contacted service customer for so many times and i will report this to tribunal pengguna

Bad online system

When we arrived, the door was locked. Had to call oyo hq. We were given the owner's hp no to call. Surprisingly was told the accommodation was already fully booked and the owner claimed had informed oyo/booking.com but it was posted as available when we booked. The owner did not even apologise. We had to look for other accommodation despite booking!!! I don't like oyo service too, as had to call the oyo office, not the owner directly.

Been this hse, was 1 Chinese men inside hse, I asked is this Home Stay..he said "No"..maybe he don't like I'm staying there..pls check out why said like that..tq

Don't so racial when come to business..
