Workout area was not well equipped. Breakfast had very limited selections and not items were barely warm including the coffee

Nice hotel. Easy to get to. Quiet.

The front clerks were very friendly and social. The woman that fixed breakfast was so kind and caring about our children making sure that they ate breakfast before heading out for a wrestling tournament.

Comfortable bed - that’s really all that matters, isn’t it? The staff were most accommodating to our late arrival and early departure. Would recommend.

It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean though. There was a ketchup packet in the corner on the room, the bathroom floor had dirt streaks in the floor and the shower had hair and spots that needed to be patched up, all on the floor of the shower. We asked for extra pillows (the ones we had were terrible) but they didn’t have any.

Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Our room was ready and clean. Highlights: - lovely shower, very hot water - "pump" bottle shampoo, conditioner and body wash--saving on waster - lots of fluffy pillows - a "stay-on" fan option for ample white noise, the the location was very quiet - lots of space and light for breakfast time HOT BREAKFAST is a BIG ticket item for stays--when there is actual eggs, breakfast meats, etc. This was the case, we could choose from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage (in a biscuit), as well as a variety breads for toast and hot, pre-cooked waffles. The coffee was hot and fresh. The standard "juice" machine with apple and orange. A very robust oatmeal bar as well as yogurt, milk, cereal and fresh fruit. A bit pricier, but a very new and clean hotel. I would choose to stay here again based on this first experience.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room

Overall the facility was accommodating. Breakfast could have been better. Th e hot food options were not appetizing or hot. Rooms were very spacious but only one small dresser. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. The staff was very friendly.

they had lost electricity so didn’t check us in, they referred us to a Marriott down the road which charged us over $50 more. I understand that nature is not manageable but don’t appreciate that Marriott owning Fairfield didn’t accommodate same cost, for the smaller room with full bed instead of queen beds!

there was a leak with the bathroom shower. pretty good size puddle outside the door that disappeared down the wall/floor connection. hope it did not stain the walls below us?

The room was clean and convenient. However, it was obvious the shower door had been removed (broken?), the sink stopper is broken and one of the toilet paper holders was broken.

Room Comfort: Bed: was hard. Pillows: too soft, flat and retains heat. Room Temperature: AC unit does not hold the temperature. It varied about 3-4 degrees all night. Room was too hot. Bathroom: was clean. Loved the shower! Toiletries: Please consider changing to UNSCENTED toiletries.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly at check in. We were there with the whole family and The breakfast had something for everyone. I loved the yogurt bar! Everything was so clean too!

I was so pleased with my accommodations—I had requested a higher floor, and was given a room on the third floor. This made me feel safe, which I totally appreciate! The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and the space was quiet, all very important things. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty when we got there. It had not been vacuumed Breakfast area was a joke and they would not light the area No coffee for guests, cept just at breakfast.

Turned us away after we booked and it was midnight because they couldn’t manage their system properly and hotels.com isn’t any better about fixing the problem.

It was great! The hall and room were very clean! The bath and shower were well-appointed, with a walk in shower.

There was only one towel in the room. also the shower door leaks water into the floor, every room has done that since i have stayed there several times

The place was good to stay with a family. Shower didn’t have shampoo and conditioner refilled which could be honest mistake.
