The house was great and proximity to the beach an easy walk. I recommend this highly.
The only issue was with the property manager. The password provided in the welcome packet for the WiFi access was incorrect, and when called for assistance, he responded rudely and was not helpful. We resolved the issue ourselves.

We went on a family vacation and we enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 9 and we had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There were a few issues such as the garbage disposal not working, the back door doesn’t lock, and one of the TVs in the bedroom didn’t work but other than that, the stay was great. The walk to the beach is longer than 4 mins (possibly because of wagons and a young child) but not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this house.

This house is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner had bikes to use as well as beach chairs, boogie board and a buggy to get it all to the beach. We had my family of 8 staying at the house and my sister and her family of 5 would come over in the evenings for dinner and hanging out. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Beautiful, spacious with all the comforts we needed and wanted. Stayed for 4 days. Definitely could have stayed longer, but maybe next time.

The smoke detects waked us up a couple of nights in the wee hour of the morning and a couple of times doing the day. There should be at least two wash cloths for each person. other than that we loved the place and had a great time.

This location was wonderful. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Very spacious home. Loved having the bikes, wagon and beach chairs. The book with food recommendations was very helpful and we tried several. We would love stay again. Did not want to leave.

We stayed at 53 Sea Lane over the Thanksgiving holiday and to celebrate my baby's first birthday. We were able to VERY comfortably sleep 4 different families, have three meals a day and not feel on top of one another at all. The space is endless and the loft/rec room/tv lounge upstairs was a perfect way to still enjoy each other and not wake up the little ones. Each bedroom (and the loft) had its own bathroom which was essential to keeping everyone happy.
There is great outdoor space and the access to the beach was very easy. You are definitely taking a 5 minute walk, but it is worth it.
From start to finish, booking was easy and the communication was great. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and not at all stressful. We had a few hiccups at the house that were resolved immediately. Peter even came by to check on the garage door and the ice machine. We were really appreciative of the professionalism and care from the team.
I would note that the owners had a pet, even though it is a pet-free rental. As a result, there was quite a bit of pet hair in the carpet and on the couch in the living room. Peter responded quickly and sent the cleaners back again immediately, but if you have allergies and are specifically seeking a pet-free home, this may not be the ideal rental. I have a feeling they are working to resolve this, so it likely won't be an issue in the future.
I hope we can stay here in the future and we absolutely would book with Low Country Coastal Rentals again!
