Jennifer was absolutely amazing to book with! We decided as a family to get away last minute with our 9 and 14 year old for our 15th wedding anniversary.
The process and price was on point! Jennifer was very responsive and welcoming! The condo was perfect for our family. Not only does it sit on the beach, it is directly across from the boardwalk. We had a great surprise with the 42nd seafood festival going on there.
You are in walking distance to everything. We loved the “community feel” not overly touristy and it felt like “home away from home”
We would most definitely boom again with Jennifer in any future visits!

We enjoyed the close location to John’s Pass. We had a few items that needed maintenance repair but otherwise enjoyed the condo.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beach front condo. It was very clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. It is right on the beach. It has a very nice pool overlooking the beach that was perfect for relaxing while the kids swam.

This is a great condo! Hosts are great to deal with, very quick and easy check in/out process allows for plenty of time to enjoy your stay. The condo has a great layout, it is super clean, updated and well appointed. Awesome location with beach just steps out the front and pretty much endless entertainment at John’s pass just across the road. We stayed with another couple and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about returning next year.

Condo was amazing; view from balcony was disappointing. You could see the water but it’s over the roof tops of other buildings. Owner was great to work with us!

Great Place for Vacation!
The condo is as described and has EVERYTHING you need. The beach chairs, cooler and towels are in good condition. There are also beach toys for younger kids. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent. We had a wonderful trip and would stay again.

Wonderful stay!
My family and I had such a great time on our vacation and this condo was great! It had everything we needed and is a very nice place. Pool is great and was never really that busy. The beach is just steps away and it’s always easy to find a spot. We walked the beach quite a bit and this is a great location. Johns pass is right across the street for shopping and food. We would love to come back! Thank you for a great stay.

This property was great for our family of 6. It was clean and Jennifer was easy to work with. The elevator broke the last two days of our stay and we were on the 5th floor so bringing down suitcases wasn’t fun! However, it was still a nice vacation! We will rent again!

Amazing place
This spot was absolutely perfect for me and my family of 7. I don't think I could say enough good things about it. The view of the ocean is incredible, the condo is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, and there are SO many beach things for you to use. Towels, chairs, an umbrella, wagons to carry it all down with. The kitchen is extremely well stocked as well. The master bed/bath was amazing, the bedroom spacious with lots of storage space for clothes and other things. Jennifer was brilliant, she was responsive and so kind. She even put out enough candy for the three kids for Easter the weekend we were there! My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy here, and we'd 100% stay again.

Beach Property
Great stay, clean and condo was full of all needed items. Only thing we heard from lots of guests and we felt the same is all the codes to get through everything. Need to be upgraded most of the time took 5-6 tries before it would work. And your hands are full of things headed to beach. Numbers would stick.

The master bedroom w/king bed very comfy, roomy w/ great lighting along with ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has full size & 1 twin size bed, with not much room to move around. Great for a family of 4 or 5. We had 4 adult women and it worked out fine. 2nd bathroom directly across the hall from 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great condo
Everything you see listed is how the condo is. The condo is beautiful and very well kept and has great views of the ocean. The communication with Jennifer on the check in process was very easy and everything was provided information wise before our arrival. Also located right across the street from Johns Pass. The pool and beach are great. Our group loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about this condo and the location.

Great location
This was my first experience with VRBO and the property and owner were amazing! The location was great, right across the street from ST. John’s Pass which has a lot of shopping and restaurants.
The property was clean, and had everything you need. We had teenagers with us and also loved the location and property. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and very willing to help with anything you need. She goes above and beyond and you won’t be disappointed.
We used Instacart to deliver groceries which was great since we did not have a car. We didn’t need a car for anything except groceries and Instacart solved for this.
The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs and space depending if you wanted sun or shade.
I could not have asked for a better experience!! This condo is updated compared to other units in the same building. The elevator is a bit slow so plan accordingly since you are on the 5th floor.

The property matched the description and reviews perfectly. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. The pool was great and proximity to beach and restaurants was perfect. Only suggestion would be to possibly put a ceiling fan in the second bedroom to move around some fresh air. Other than that, it was a wonderful place.

Enjoyed staying at this property. So close to restaurants and shopping. Parking spot close to elevators. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Host was very nice and communicated well. Only problem we had was figuring out tv’s (we are old!).
