Nicely decorated, very well equipped kitchen and very clean condo with very comfortable beds. We didn't get a chance to really enjoy the outdoor space or pool due to weather but it would be a good place for evening cocktails. Good location although not walking distance to downtown Palm Springs (about a 10-15 minute drive). But close to pretty much everything you'll want to see and do in Palm Springs. Easy check in/out and the host was very responsive.
Patio furniture needed a cleaning - probably due to all the rain/wind/dust over the past week in Palm Springs. We didn't take the time to hose it down since the weather was poor during our visit.
