This townhome is well equipped, close to the marina and a short walk to the pier that goes out over the wetlands. Beautiful area. Especially the historic homes that you can view during a walk towards town. It was very cold when we were visiting, but we bundled up, no problem. Great to see the ships come through along the boardwalk. Inside is very clean at the townhome. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the downstairs bedroom which was nice with plenty of drawers for our clothes. The bed is a little high, but there was a step stool provided. That was a big help. Our stay was a great one. Will definitely come back to Southport!! Beautiful town and lots of shops and history!

Just a few days in beautiful Southport NC to do some shopping and take in all the Holiday festivities. We love walking around the water and town streets so this location is absolutely perfect for walking everywhere. You park your car and leave it walking to everything and anything Southport has to offer. The condo is immaculate inside and just as the photos depict. Furniture is comfy and you immediately feel at home from the moment you arrive. One bedroom up and one down so you have seperation if you are traveling with another couple or your family. The large family room is plenty of space for lounging and relaxing after a great meal at Edgewater or Fishy Fishy.

We had a wonderful stay in Southport for a wedding. Christina is an amazing host. She makes everything so seamless and easy. It’s great having such a laid back host. The house is beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants, bars, stores, and sights right within walking distance. Even though our stay went into November, we were actually able to use the pool! Five stars all around!

Family stayed for a fishing tournament and it was perfect! Place was modern and clean, location is convenient to everything, and host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay but were chased out by a tropical storm. The location and amenities were great and our host very accommodating. I would recommend this place to stay. Southport is very charming.

Yatch Basin Getaway is a beautiful, well appointed townhome in a great location. We could easily walk to our favorite eatery - The Provision Company. The host, Christina was wonderful to work with being very responsive and pleasant!

Worked great for our family. Loved that the patio that had a locked door so the little one couldn’t get out. Our family enjoyed the house and pool as we gathered to make memories as our grandkids live on the East Coast and we are on the West Cost.
The home is beautiful decorated and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked, had everything we needed.

We had a great time in Southport! It was a quick, but great weekend away. The home is a short walk to the Marina area of Southport where we enjoyed great views, delicious seafood and night life. We had everything we needed and would love to come back again! 😊

My husband, adult son and I stayed for 4 nights in Southport NC to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our son,, daughter in law and 4 year old son spent days with us. The house is professionally decorated and is cleaner than any house I have stayed in..including my own house!
The kitchen was equipped with everything I could need. It is a beautiful neighborhood to walk in.. We WILL rent it again!! Communication with the host was clear and she anticipated everything in advance before I needed to know!

The Yacht Basin Getaway is a beautifully appointed home away from home in lovely Southport. The pictures we previewed were exceeded by what we found when we arrived. The quiet neighborhood, along with the cleanliness of the property, and the modern furnishings are so nice we were immediately comfortable there. Meanwhile, we were a short walk or drive from the places we wanted to see and visit. Our communication with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. We plan to return soon.

Our stay at the Yacht Basin Getaway was absolutely amazing! From the moment we opened the door we were impressed. Christina thought of everything anyone could possibly need while on vacation.
