Very good location, close to the city center and restaurants near by. Easy acces to the appartment.

The drive way to the car park is very narrow.

Clean apartment, 3 minutes walk from the Deggendorf's Altstadt.

The staying was really great: we found a recently renovated, very cosy, clean and well-equipped apartment, with all the items that one could desire for any needs that could arise during a trip. The owner was very kind and readily replied to questions about the staying. Excellent experience.

The host was very attentive, his level of communication and attention to detail commendable. His concern for our comfort and enjoyment was equally pleasing. The unit is very roomy, with modern furnishings and fittings. Everything was in perfect working order, including the coffee machine we have come to rely on. The bed was a very good size and comfortable. A lot of little unexpected "extras" are provided for visitor comfort. I would suggest, that the addition of a simple microwave (plenty of room is available) would improve the functionality of the kitchen. The location of the unit is quite central with easy access to public transport and the area is essentially pretty quiet as well. The underground security parking garage is a nice feature and you will have to take care when negotiating the narrow passage to and from, as it may test your spatial awareness.
