Green area is very good with so much space, my dogs and kids enjoyed very well. With so many trees my kids started climbing something i used to do in my childhood
It would help if there was pick up from air port, unfortunately host could not provide this. We rented a car and reached the place safely.

Place was clean and very close to shops/ eateries. Kurmond social was a nice dining experience within walking distance. Our group was able to use the place in best possible way as there are lot of sleeping options and also host was very friendly to suggest what are the best possible recreational activities nearby. Coffee kart in kurrajong shops was amazing with huge backyard to enjoy. Did not find any challenge with the property as it was exactly how it was described
I think the distance to our venue was little far, we could have got another car to reach there. There was enough space to park multiple cars or even vans.

We attended a wedding reception at nearby Kurmond social, only 4 minute walk from the property, owners were extremely prompt with reply to messages.
We stayed on a Sunday night, general bins were out on the street overflowing with rubbish, previous others staying prior to us resorted to filling the recycling bin, was also overflowing with general rubbish, wheely bin for the property is of a small type as per council regulations, property needs another bin to meet demand with large numbers of people staying, we took our rubbish away with us as unable to fit in bin.

Pretty good communication from host about check in process and also how to reach to property. We want to stay in a beautiful countryside place but not away from usual facilities like shops etc as work was hectic. Hence we chose this place which as stated is beautiful with natural landscape, fireplace inside and most importantly some good restaurants in walking distance.
At night time there is less street light, so have to carry a torch if you want to roam around. Host provided these instructions and provided with torch as well. Peaceful place so if you want to party please be mindful of local council rules

It's a country style home with all urban facilities like shopping centres and gyms etc nearby. We were fairly impressed with so many activities to do near this place - be it Windsor heritage shopping place or fruit picking in hawkesbury. Kids loved it too as there was so much space.
Overall stay was very comfortable, only discomfort was distance from city approx 45 min to CBD

My friend was unable to come at the last minute due to illness, so this is my impressions only. The key was in a locked box too high to access without standing on a chair - not a safe action for an 80 yr old. the front path also a trip/fall hazard as it sloped downwards & the pavers were uneven, the floor covering at thee front entrance also a trip hazard. the most irritating feature was that tv was unwatchable due to breaking up of picture & sound, ans there was no internet accessibility, despite the lights on the router indicating full function. So I stayed only one night & left on Saturday. If there were any plates in the kitchen I could not find the.

Easy access to the property, totally contactless and good communication from host. Home had all the required utilities like fire place, aircon, cutlery, stove, bbq etc. Very good and convenient for bigger families as well. Yard is huge with great scenic view and lot of place for kids/ dogs to run around. My kids loved climbing trees, something they don't experience in the city
It's in rural setting, bit more street lighting will help at night. However if you are after great experience very close to amenities like shopping centre then this one is a great option

I had booked this hoping to stay after a Cabaret show at Richmond on New Year’s Eve, as the property was not far away. That is the only thing I can now say was something I liked about this place.
Five metres before the front door my mother in law said “what is that smell?” Thinking there was a plant nearby. Sadly, it was the house and after trying to make a cup of coffee and realising that everything was sticky and dirty, we called bookings.com to tell them we could not stay there. The beds looked slept in, but it was the stink in the whole house that was so putrid, I am surprised this property is able to be rented. We tried to clean the table top so we could put our coffee mugs down, but after wiping over 6 times, the cloth was still returning black. The cloths in the kitchen were used and smelled really off; lucky I had brought my own to use. Even that was not enough to get this place into a liveable state. The garbage in the bins was overflowing and there was rubbish around the property.

spacious, close to the place we needed to be, cosy house.
1. bed linen could all be a bit newer.
2. there’s sharp nails (carpet tacks) coming through the carpet at the doorway of B1, and also B2 just before the step down to the Lino floor area.
3. put the toilet paper where we can find it. I went and got some as there was only a small bit left on the roll. we looked in both bathrooms and found none. it was only as we were Leaving that we found some under the kitchen sink. Which we would not have thought to look there for finding toilet paper. Maybe just put some in the cupboard in the bathroom.

Property is at a very convenient location. This place is near to coffee shop and amenities are close by. Walk across bells line of road is scenic and having two good restaurants next door definitely helps better.
