Host was incredibly nice and assisted with prompt responsiveness. They exceeded my expectations by assisting with an emergency related to my vehicle within minutes while I was offsite. Really appreciate them for their willingness to assist with such a rare ask.

Unfortunately, the toilet did not refill and required water to be put in the tank after every flush. It was a major inconvenience and was literally the only issue that we had however it was so annoying that it did impact the experience somewhat.

the exterior of the property, some of the men who work the desk were not friendly, the elevators broke down the entire stay.

The view was the only nice thing about this place but I couldn't look at it cause the balcony was going to fall down. The pictures are deceiving!

The building is extremely old and very unsafe. The balcony that looks over the view is very unstable. It felt like it was going to fall at any moment and I'm a skydiver not fearful of heights at all. The entire apartment and Lobby basically the whole building smelled of mold. Definitely not kept up just well furnished. I couldn't even sleep there we left only 4 hours after arriving and this was my husband and I get away from the children so we had every intention on spending alot of time there

Great location, great views, beautiful clean condo and Mona is a very communicative and accommodating host. Highly recommended.
