Central to Frankston restaurants, pubs and the beach
Having to dress down the beds and take out the rubbish and being charged $100 for cleaning fee , feel like we had to do all the work and get charged anyway

Size of the apartment, and the bed was comfortable.
Facilities advertised were never there, or did not work. The balcony had dangerous loose artificial lawn and the traffic noise and fumes made it uncomfortable out there. The range of kitchen utensils was very limited. We were advised in advance that parking was problematic and it was.
A tv in the bedroom is expected at this price.

It’s an absolutely beautiful apartment. Ultra modern and a lot bigger than the photos depict. The complex it’s in is safe and secure. Only those with a swipe can access. Beds were comfortable. Found parking in the recommended places. The owner went over in above with something for me which I so appreciated.

Location and ease of getting around
How quiet we had to be I have 2 young children with adhd and autism so it's hard to control there noise level

Location really good everything close and walkable restaurant and bar as you enter the building and coffee and breakfast shop on the other side of the enterance
Parking till 6pm you will have to pay for at the shopping centre otherwise all arou d on the streets is 1-2hr limited

The view and location was excellent.
Apartment was cosy and clean. Had a restful stay. The owner was great to deal with. Helpful with straight forward instructions relating to parking and access. Will definitely stay here again.

Was no biggie but only having 1 card and the fact that if 1 person took the card out then most things won't work.

Everything was just perfect at this place- supported by a very responsive host. The location was ideal,overlooking the beach, at stone's throw from local eateries, bus and train stop. The property was well stocked up with typical things one would need - from condiments to toilet rolls for the duration of stay. The host was super responsive and always available. The property is also very tastefully decorated with good working amenities that one would expect in a home. Would come back to this place for sure next time!

Good view of the beach
Over the top contact from owner, messages coming through until after 9pm constantly asking for check in and out time.
Only light blankets on beds so was quite cold
Missing light in the bedroom ceiling leaving an open hole in the roof space?
No milk provided
We were asked to strip all the beds and take rubbish to the basement bin which wasn't advised prior to.
We were also told not to speak to property staff as it could cause us trouble - this was a concern?
