Great location, close to all the vineyards, great amenities including courtyard.
Price slightly higher.

Perfect location if you want to visit the national park or vineyards
The owner was nice and flexible with regard to our needs (dog, late checkout)
You can have a breakfast at a garden assuming you bring your own food
You can park your bike in a garage
Vine grows all around and you can tase it :-)
Not very practical design of the room, mostly bathroom (eg bathtub, toilet). I’d add more dishes to the shared kitchen as you cannot buy breakfast so you need to make your own. Also a coffee machine would be nice.

Internet was good, even movies on Netflix were played in the best quality
If you have a dog, you get a room with entrance from the terrace. So it was comfortable for us and other non-pets guests too. Entrance was not straight to bedroom, but you have also private hallway
Quite comfy bed
We had some unpleasant situations (room wasn't very clean) and he tried to help us and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We had an impression that it was a one time situation, so I wouldn't disrecommend it, just something to watch out.
Shower was somehow in the bedroom, not in the bathroom.
Room was pretty dark
