There is no breakfast available, but there is a little market around the corner where we bought food to make in the kitchen. All amenities were awesome, including the washing machine and dryer. Very handy after a week of traveling. The beds are a little low but very comfortable. The sofas were also very comfortable. The kitchen has all the cooking and baking utensils needed.

The shower curtain is not low enough to impede water from getting out of the shower area. Water accumulates quickly at the base of the shower and if you are not careful, it can run out into the floors, which then are slippery.

Very spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, etc. Located quite far from the center (30-40 min by bus) but close to the EMBL center (20 min walk through the woods, during which we saw dears one day!), so excellent for its visitors and conference participants. There is a supermarket, a bakery, and a doner cafe in the same/neighboring building, which is convenient. The communication with the host and collecting the key was easy and clear.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow and sometimes disconnected. The walls and windows are not really soundproof, you hear your neighbors, people passing by, and cars at the parking as if they were in the same room. Note that there is only one toilet + shower, which might be a limitation if you stay with many people.

Very clean and well presented property. The faculties were great in the apartment. I would definitely recommend it for families. The hosts were very contactable and easily accessible with any queries.

The location is a good distance from Heidelberg. Once you have a car this is not a problem.

If you travel by car, the location is perfect. There are reserved parking spaces next to the building.
