Great location, nice beach, the apartment was pretty simply stocked, but we brought all we needed, so all in all everything was fine. Would stay again

We had a great time staying in this beach house. It worked out very well for our family vacation.
The house was clean and very easily accessible. Loved being steps from the ocean.
Our only minor issue was the shower in the master smelled a little sulfury which made the bathroom smell unpleasant. Over all loved our stay and would come back again!

Great spot right on the beach. Great host as well. We used the space for a leadership meeting and it worked perfectly. Walkable to amazing shopping and restaurants

Location is everything with this one. Great location as long a you don’t need ac. ( we didn’t) Plenty of room for everyone. Balcony is small but that was in the listing so we knew that. There weren’t any ice trays but management responded right away and offered to bring some. Only complaint was soap was watered down and shampoo and soap were all in one squirt bottle. Towels were old, but clean. The place is going to be demolished so you could tell it was a little neglected. That being said we were so happy with the local and response from management we would rent again!

This was a great property, it was the best possible location, right on the beach. The view outside was wonderful, and the ocean breeze blew through the whole house and made it feel refreshed. We rented bikes and could easily bike to places to eat, we also had Instacart delivery for groceries for snacks etc. No problem parking in the garage, the neighbors didn't park while we were there, so we could always get in and out easily. Good assortment of plates, utensils, etc. We could have easily cooked but we were on vacation, so we just went out or ate snacks. Bring a Chromecast if you have one, it's easier than trying to figure out the TV. The TV is very convenient, but my dad was old and set in his ways, so that was a little bit of a challenge. Being right on the beach really elevated our vacation, and the balcony and big window made it a 24/7 enjoyment.

Perfect spot to spend a week in Newport. Directly on the sand with no busy boardwalk (but super close for walking and riding bikes). Owner below is super nice and kept to themselves. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family and we loved every minute. The location was awesome and the views of the beach were incredible. The house was super clean and the communication from the property manager was great. We will be renting here again!

Prime location, beautiful views, clean and bright! Plenty of room for 6 adults. Only thing I wish it had was an opener for the garage for easier access. Other than that it was perfect for our needs!

Very nice place with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Very close to downtown Newport Beach. It's walking distance to a number of restaurants. There are stairs inside the apartment that are quite steep that we blocked off so our little ones would not fall down. There are also a few stairs inside the place that lead to each of the bedrooms. If our children had been a bit older, it would have not been a big deal. The garage was also quite large which was nice since we rented a large suv. Would definitely stay again!

First time staying on the oceanfront away from the boardwalk. Very peaceful. Small balcony, but could drink coffee and watch/listen to the ocean without the foot traffic. Would stay here again

The location of the home is perfect. Right on the sand. Great views from inside the unit. The balcony is small but was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the AM. The parking situation is not ideal, but there is space for two cars, one in front of the other, that was shared with the lower tenants. If we were blocked in, we just had to text and they were quick to move and very nice.
