The Lazy Lobster is a beautiful house with large comfortable bedrooms. Would have been nice if the family room were larger. Everyone in our group enjoyed the plunge pool on a daily basis - it was great and much larger than expected. There was plenty of outdoor seating and a very nice lawn for the children to play on. We made good of the outdoor gas grill and also enjoyed using the fire pit. House was in a great location - easy walk into town and the Marginal Way - all in all, we had a great time and created some wonderful memories in Ogunquit.

This house is great for families/groups, especially those with young kids/babies. It is clean, it’s not over decorated, there are many rooms, & the family room is a separate room with a door that you can close and watch kids crawl around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, can fit pack n plays etc. Plunge pool is heated and very relaxing. Finally, this place is an easy walk to the beach and most bars/restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Cute, comfortable, clean. Host, Andrew, was quick to reply to questions and requests. The easy to use sound system and thermostats were a nice feature, as was the app for securing house. Pool was a great feature, used twice daily, after beach before dinner and at night before bed.

We had an amazing stay at the Lazy Lobster for 4th of July week. The house is just a short walk from Ogunquit town center - making it easy to walk for a morning coffee or to shop for souvenirs or grab an icecream in the afternoon or evenings. Traffic in Ogunquit during fourth of July week can get heavy, so we were so thankful to have the option to leave the cars in the driveway! We also enjoyed walking to the beach as well as Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The house itself is incredibly clean, well appointed and so spacious. It's set up in such a way that our group of nine (including four kids under the age of twelve) could chose to gather together for a family meal or game night - and also find our own personal space when we wanted some quiet/down time. The highlight of the house (and it wasn't close!) was the inground heated plunge pool. Our girls enjoyed swimming in it every day - after a trip to the beach or as our primary activity for the day. The adults enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evenings. It's beautifully maintained and such an amazing addition to an already incredible property. We also enjoyed the firepit for s'mores one evening! Finally, Andrew was an incredible host - he's super responsive and answered all of our many questions in a timely and thorough way. We would jump at the chance to stay at the Lazy Lobster again next year and in the years to come! Highly recommend!

I'm not one to leave reviews, so in doing so it should tell you something, so please continue reading. Look NO further for a terrific Ogunquit destination home away from home! My family and I (my wife, and our three children ages 6, 3, and 1 1/2) had the pleasure of sharing in Andrew's home - the LazyLobster, and it was an absolute delight and thoroughly enjoyed by all! Location - you can absolutely take a short stroll into/to Ogunquit's downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach, including the Marginal Way, as well as head in the opposite direction and find yourself at the Playhouse. If you're just a little bit more willing to stretch your legs and get your steps in you could also even walk to Perkins Cove. If you're not a walker and would rather drive, no problem, you're literally a couple minutes to all the delights of town. Location - check. The residence - a beautiful home with an attention to detail and an obvious design to create individual options for enjoyment be that shared family/friend time, dinner parties inside and out, as well as barbecues, drinks around the gas fire pit, and/or enjoying lounging in the sun on the chaise or a refreshing dip in the plunge pool (which is heated for year round enjoyment!) Our children were super excited to utilize the plunge pool both day and night! I'm still hearing, "Daddy, can we go for night swim!" We did a lot of those and took in the stars shining in the clear night skies. Activities and simple pleasures - check. With five bedrooms and and enough bathrooms to accommodate all efficiently combined with very comfortable beds, pillows, and extra blankets you'll sleep/re-energize and maintain yourself in the comfort of spacious well appointed rooms (and, if your'e feeling lazy there are rooms with in-room smart tv options.) Kitchen, laundry, dining and family rooms are more than you would need to enjoy yourself, so in home comforts check. The host - Andrew - extremely caring, available, thoughtful, and genuinely wants you and yours to have the best time. He got us started with a thorough list of "favorite" things to do in the area which were even broken down to "rainy day" and "good for kids" options. He linked us to the Chamber of Commerce to see exactly what would be open and available during our stay since we were there right at the beginning of the season and he welcomed us with a thoughtful gift basket. Host - check. I'm running out of characters/space so...Book with confidence!

Lovely property...clean. 5 bedrooms... lovely kitchen, dining space etc. The outside space is AMAZING. We went for a long weekend in February and were able to use the heated outside pool and fire pit. Walkable to Ogunquit center (which is great for adults). Loved the piano bar. Driveable to Kennebunkport which was a great destination for a bit of shopping and adult beverages. The only negative was the LAST MINUTE check out including washing all the towels, drying the towels and putting them away. NOT a big deal but hated being told it last minute.

Beautiful, well appointed home close to town and Marginal Way. Owner couldn’t have been nicer and was very organized and communicative throughout the process. The pool was a huge hit and the house was well furnished with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
