Nella nostra camera (orange) l’acqua calda terminava subito.

Prachtig gebouw met veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Mooi volledig overdek buitenkamer/terras vol planten. Goede locatie. Propere kamers met dito sanitair. vriendelijke eigenares en onderhouds dame.

The appartment is in an excellent location close to the city center. A supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, hence I did not try the breakfast in the Villa which can be ordered on request. The villa is located in a quiet street and the landlady and staff are very nice and always helpful. Rooms are freshly refurbished, well equipped, and nice. There is a living room and a small garden to be used and a fully equipped kitchen. I can only highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sofia.

The staff were friendly and the room was fine for the price. The bathroom and room were clean.

Great location! Parking is available for purchase for 20, so is breakfast. It’s impossible to find parking otherwise. Grocery store is 2 min walk, full kitchen on site. Our apartment has its own bathroom. The room is very clean, with a balcony. Very secure with double lock and a wonderful seating area on the ground floor. 20 min walk to historic city and 10 to the commercial area.

Great location, near center. Very clean and safe place. Is good that there is a parking in front of the house, although it costed additional taxes. The internal winter garden looks very nice.
The door to the bedroom has partially transparent glasses on it, which means - not enough privacy, not soundproof.
The bed cracked with every movement and you should stay steel... Better take earplugs if you need to rest well.
The breakfast was very poor. You can find way better stuff to eat in the area around.

Location is really tgood, since it is really close to the main boulevard and can reach your main destinations in sofia pretty easily.
The size of the room is not what we expected, it was really tight... The bed was really noisy and the shower (Even though was really nice) made the Bathroom situation really uncomfortable, because there were no doors and the water was all over the place...

This place was so lovely! We loved the kitchen space and the garden. so comfy, honestly one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. easy walk to the centre. great value for money, I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sofia.

Very cozy and comfortable room. It was warm and clean. Perfect location - it is on a quiet street but very close to the city center and bus and subway stations.

Magi was very helpful, although we made a last-minute booking. There are tables in the common area - a garden where you can work with your laptop. The place is very cosy and with perfect location - very central, yet quiet and has an option to park.

Very central and quite location. Family suite was large enough with a kitchen and a terrace. Entire facility is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is also well enough and can be partially customized according to your wishes. Thank you again for the hospitality, hope to visit u next time.

The sheared garden was amazing! Perfect location, nice host, clean, new, with professional service, property windows individual spirit! I am recommending it to all travelers to Sofia!
