Outstanding service
There is nothing I did’t like. Just want to say thank you for such a wonderful service.

Nothing
- The apartment smelled like marijuana with aromas (not pleasant).
-Toilet paper is the cheapest (hard).
- Not enough cleaning at all..entrance and bathroom mainly.
- Check out is at 10 am.
- The relation of the price you pay for the comfort of the apartment is high (I would have preferred a hotel and paying about US$40 more around to the same area).
- The sofa in the living room is small and any comfortable to enjoy to watch TV with 4 people.
- No TV in bedroom.
- Very far from the parking lot and uncomfortable if you are carrying several suitcases with your family.
- The worst was getting messages from the owners since 7 am every hour..to 8 am to 9 am..reminding me that I had to check out at 10 am unless I had requested a time extension (it's offensive and very annoying).
- Their response time via phone, messages or email is too slow..

The appartement bas big enough, clean and the appliances were very modern or brand new. Everything was included, including soap for the dishwasher and the included laundry machine.

Swimming area. Host was responsive to questions and instructions were clear. Felt safe in parking garage although the lights were alittle dim.
Check in was at 4pm. Check out was at 10am. Requested an early check in and was told that there would be an additional fee. Apartment has a security camera above front door that wasn't mentioned in description.
Not that it was a problem, just would like to be informed of it. Bathroom had ants.
Attempted to use oven in kitchen and determined that it had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Not sure why a cleaning fee is being charged if unit isn't throughly cleaned. Kitchen lacks the basic items needed for an apartment. Can opener, kitchen towels, and bowls need to store food. Could use some additional pans as well.

It’s a complete apartment.
The hallways were dark and smelly and the apartment itself was a little dark too, it’s not as sunny as the pictures showed.

Very noisy inside the apartment. Also close to busy main street with lots of traffic noise.

This property was lovely. The amenities were excellent. They were cooking utensils for all our needs including salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee K-pods.

There is no one you can reach to SPEAK to. A "host" is only available through text or email. The response time was quick but their process of proving who will be in the room was very bumpy. Uploading documentation should be user friendly since there will be no live assistance.
The quality of the rooms was wonderful, along with the amenities.
