waited in lobby for 30 minutes for a member to help me out fixing my room key. She finally came back from wherever she was & didn’t even apologize after I explained I was waiting for 30 minutes & it was difficult to get a new room key.

The staff were very friendly and were always ready to help. This hotel had everything we needed.
The only downside was the pool. The pool was Out Of Service.

uncomfortable beds, flat pillows, breakfast wasn’t good, and coffee was yuck & bland.
plus pool was not open and it’s been open for 4 months.
