Rented this home because it was close to family that lives in the area. The home was perfect and close (less than 7 minutes) to my family members. the only challenge we had was getting in touch with the property owner. Also, the check-in and out instructions were vague and lacked detail. Otherwise a nice stay.

Close to amazing amenities, but country feel and beautiful property with views allow you to relax and smile. Great property for the family. House is nicely upgraded and has a chill modern farmhouse vibe. Outdoor grilling, porch swing, foosball, fun! Great hosts. Definitely recommend.

Excellent, spacious, great place.

We were in Atlanta for 17u travel baseball. Although this location was a bit away from some of the fields, it was well worth the travel time! House is so relaxing. It is clean, a lot of room for five people and excellent appliances including washer and dryer for daily uniforms. Property is beautiful. There are walking trails and wildlife. Had it not been 95+ degrees, the fire pit would have been enjoyable as well! Nice porch swing for relaxing morning coffee. Hosts are very responsive and photos are legit! Lots of places to hike, shop and eat within a few minutes as well as golf course two minutes away. Great place!

This home was tucked away and private! Loved the seclusion! Everything was great! If I could suggest anything it would be that the place needs fans. We always bring our own! But really could use ceiling fans in the rooms❤️

We did not want to leave this house!! The scenery was breathtaking and seeing all the nature truly gave us all the biggest smiles. This house was extremely spacious, truly loved everything about it.

I stayed at this house for around 3 months and it was very peaceful. There is little to no traffic on the road and I only saw the neighbors a handful of times. The house is nestled on 10 acres and it has an abundant amount of wildlife. Throughout my stay I saw several deer, turkey, and birds. The outdoor area is a nice place to grill and hangout outside. The interior is very clean and spacious. The house has 1 very large bedroom and 3 average size bedrooms. The kitchen and living area were good size and they had all the necessities to cook and relax. The host were terrific and very responsive throughout the 3 months I lived there. It is really close to the Dawsonville shopping area and is relatively close to Lake Lanier and Gainesville. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay near the lake!
