Originally built in 1855, the home was completely gutted and been completely refurbished in 2019. It is now a modern, efficient home with the character of a 164-year old home in the heart of Historic St Andrew’s by-the Sea. Clad in cedar shingles, this Cape Cod home is minutes from Market Square, minutes from the Historic Pendleton Lighthouse, and adjacent to the beautiful Fundy Trail walking path.

This house was in the perfect location to walk everywhere in St Andrews yet was quiet and peaceful. The fenced backyard was great for the dogs. The 2 bathrooms were actually 1 plus a powder room…not a problem for us.

The cottage was beautifully redone, well stocked and furniture, bedding etc were all extremely comfy! Location couldn’t be better and we loved spending one night sitting around the island and kitchen chatting. We spent a rainy afternoon lounging watching movies and we’re a few steps away from restaurants and shops. Beautiful big back yard with an outdoor gas fire table. Would also be a great spot for a family vacation!
