Some friends and I went to Brandon for an engagement party and very much enjoyed the stay at this house. It was clean, had plenty of towels and essential things. So much space! Hot tub was life-changing, especially because it rained the whole time, so we couldn't enjoy the pool as much. Very clean and host was communicative.

When we arrived at the rental, we very quickly had issues with gnats. There were signs that the owners were attempting to control the issue, but they were still everywhere downstairs. We made our own gnat traps which caught many gnats, but they were still a problem.
Other than that issue, we enjoyed the house. I would suggest to the owners that a little TLC would take the house to a better level. There were holes in bathroom walls, a kitchen drawer that was misaligned. Some of the bedrooms could have used a small table to put items on, or a chair to sit in.

10 adults stayed this weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Good location and nice neighborhood. The home is spacious, with two living room areas, 5 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. We were here for an adult hockey tournament and enjoyed the pool between games. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen, and an abundance of dishes/pots/pans/silverware to use. Great communication from the host before and throughout the trip. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

We had a group of golfers so this worked out perfect for us. Host was awesome from start to finish. Outdoor area was a big plus!

My husband & I just stayed at this house, and it was such a relaxing visit! We frequently visit our friends in this neighborhood, and it was such a nice change from staying in a hotel. The home is beautiful and super clean, and has so many conveniences like a coffee station and a fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to staying here again!

We have been staying at hotels in Tampa when in town for business they are very expensive and since 2020 the service is non existent. We are several sisters and friends I have recruited to help with our booth and it was so nice to come home after a long day and unwind and sit the hot tub. We will be back next year!
