Great property, especially for large groups! Amazing indoor and outdoor areas, especially the multiple decks, second floor gaming area, and hammocks! Property owner was super easy to communicate with, gave lots of great tips for the area and responded quickly to all my questions. 4/5 for cleanliness as there were lots of ants and crumbs on the kitchen floor when we first arrived. Otherwise it was perfect!

Stayed at the property with a group of 8. We were looking forward to stay based on the photos and description. We were very disappointed. The property was not cleaned well (spilled coffee on the floor, shredded cheese under the table). There were spider webs everywhere and had ants all over the kitchen. The fridge barely worked. The TV on the second floor fell off the hinge and almost crashed on the floor. There were no toiletries for the showers and we were left with only 3 garbage bags for the 3 day stay.

Prior to arrival, I made several contact with the host who was generous and considerate with her favorable responses to my requests. However, upon arrival, the place was not ready for my family. There were spider webs in every corner, the floor was not cleaned and ready for us.
The spacious kitchen was great. Wished there was drinking water from the fridge. Enough sleeping space and play space for all.
Although the event took place at a hall, there was plenty of space for food prep.
We forgot baby bottles the in the cabinet. sorry about that.
We hope to return on a future visit.

Pros - kids have a blast in lake, kayaks, bunkroom and in the hot tub (when it was working)

-home is in need of a very deep clean
-hot tubs broken and dirty upon arrival
-upstairs shower was clogged, even after maintenance came with draino it did not drain well
-dryer broken
-refrigerator ice/water machine broken
- lack of necessities (no garbage bags, no dish soap)
Overall our group had a great time because we always have a great time together. The house was not surface clean upon arrival, we spent about an hour sweeping, wiping surfaces, etc. It is located on a VERY busy street and there is a renter attached to the home that is also frequently outside. I know this rental is new to VRBO as the maintenance man mentioned that the owner is still “working through some issues”. If cleanliness and maintenance issues are not an issue for you, then it is a great space for kids to have fun! Hopefully the kinks will be worked out very soon.

We had 11 kids and 4 moms spending our annual long weekend together - we always have a blast! The kids loved the bunk room and the game room. We loved the big kitchen table to seat all of us. Lots of deferred maintenance/cleaning on the property and we were surprised by the proximity to a busy road and the other tenants on the property. Several maintenance issues were handled fairly well as they came up. We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina not realizing it was a loooooong idle zone to get to the property so it wasn’t the convenient lakefront we were expecting, not much space for kids to play outdoors, either. But overall a great time and they did a nice job with the decor in the bedrooms.

The craftsmanship of the space was remarkable. The property needs a deep clean but has so far been updated nicely. Few hiccups with wear and tear of the house.

I cannot say enough about the response time here. Owners are very attentive and respond within minutes every time. Solid people.

Inside was exactly as pictured. Very clean inside. Outside needed a little attention. Kayak had a crack in bottom that we didn't realize was there. Jacuzzis needed cleaning. Dock had boards that were up. We would definitely rent again. Bunk room slept all 10 kids and they had a blast staying together! Kitchen area and play room were ideal.

Overall, the space is good for large groups. The listing is slightly deceiving in that there are two on site tenants that may be present so it is not totally private. We didn’t see it on the listing and we’re surprised by that, especially since we had small children. The rental wasn’t very clean (moldy coffee and the floor left our feet dirty) but the spaces that matter (bathroom and beds) were fine. The host was very responsive to my concerns and even replaced some items while we were there. I think if the host can get good cleaners and maybe more detail on the listing regarding the tenants/space it would be great. Again, the host was very helpful and the space was great for a large group.

The house offers plenty of space for large groups and for the most part is as described in the listing. The house sits on a main road with constant traffic. There is little to no yard space or privacy outdoors as there are other units attached to this home. The cleanliness was subpar. The deck furniture and porch area received no attention prior to our stay resulting in our group cleaning upon arrival. The hot tubs were dirty/uninviting and not used. The windows on the second floor had gaps which allowed bugs to enter with no way of closing them. The home could have been better stocked with cleaning supplies and amenities (dish detergent/toilet paper/tissues/etc). Our family enjoyed being together but were disappointed overall with our stay at this lakefront retreat.

Our group had a great time here. The house was had large areas for all of us to hang out together and the surrounding area offered plenty to do and eat when not at home. Host communication was really good. Would book again. If you are looking for a place with large areas where a group of 10+ can get together, this is the place.
