My family and I (spouse, 2 kids - 9yo and 12yo, and my mother) enjoyed a great stay of 4 nights early January.
The living space is very cozy with a view of the trees and Lake Tahoe in the horizon. The kitchen is very functional and well stocked.
Everything worked well, including streaming to the TV which was very convenient to watch a family movie after a nice day on the slopes!
The condo is close to the Village Run trail and at a walking distance from the Big Spring and the Highlands gondolas. It is convenient to drop and pickup the kids at their snowboard lessons. The way back to the condo is uphill. It is a short walk but it is worth having a shoulder strap or a backpack with ski/snowboard carry.
The communication with the property manager was excellent: responsive, clear, and caring.

Eric and Emile, our hosts, were remarkable. From the initial booking process to our departure, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, making our stay even more enjoyable and worry-free. Their hospitality truly added to the overall positive experience.
The condo itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring we had everything we needed for a delightful vacation. We enjoyed our stay, we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. It was close to the fields my son played on and with in walking distance to North Star village, which made it nice to have things to do so close after we spent the day at the tournament. My kids loved the pool/rec center, beautiful area. The house was clean and cozy perfect for my family of 6 to hang out play games and watch movies in our down time. We cooked all our meals and the house had everything we needed to do so. Highly recommend this cute and cozy home.

The host checked in on us before, during, and after our stay, and responded right away to any questions we had. The place was extremely cozy, and we felt right at home. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and will be returning in the near future. It is so convenient for those of you who love to ski at Northstar.

Cute and cozy! Love the open space of the kitchen and living room with a cozy fireplace 🔥 And the big picture window looking out at the tree 🌲 line and a beautiful enormous icicle dangling in the middle of the window, like a sculpture.

Great spot for a family vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean and great for a family of 4 with two little kids! Very convenient location, walking distance to the Northstar village. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't wait to return the this bright and cozy ski condo. We were just steps from skiing or getting a coffee in the Village.
There was plenty of room for our family to relax, sit by the fireplace, or make dinner.
Clean and convenient. The host was very attentive.

We had a good stay The condo was well situated but I would still recommend renting a car.
Pros: location Not exactly ski in ski out but definitely walk in and walk out.

Great spot when they have some snow. The owners where extremely nice and quickly replied to any message.

Well located, perfectly appointed, and attentive host.
Have tried a few locations in/around Northstar - this condo is beautifully upgraded, and incredibly kid-friendly, and steps from the ski run. Managed by the owners who were in frequent contact in the days before the trip, including a surprise email advising we could check in early (unexpected, unasked, though enthusiastically welcomed). Would stay again.

Great stay!
We stayed in this property over Presidents Day weekend and had a great trip. Ski-in/ski-out was a priority for us so this hit the mark. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook and bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy and just what we needed for our family of four. Communication from the owners was great too. We hope to come back!

Family-Friendly Tahoe Oasis
This Tahoe Oasis right in the heart of Northstar Ski resort was the ideal vacation getaway for our family. We woke up to a gorgeous view of the Tahoe woods and mountains each morning as we had our breakfast. All of the Tahoe trails and shops are located within a short drive or a lovely nature walk. The airbnb is also conveniently located near Truckee and 45 minutes to Reno if you need to access the city. We would highly recommend Kings Beach in the summer and are looking forward to the ski-in and ski-out in the winter.
The airbnb itself was spacious and furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. The fireplace was cozy and provided warmth in the living room and while we were cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed all of the thoughtful touches they provided including the Sonos speaker, baskets full of DVDs, and game boards. We highly recommend this delightful space and can't wait to come back again for the ski season!
