The location and a worker named Michelle who was extremely helpful, if it wasn’t for Michelle I would have never made it inside the building or find where to park.

Mold in coffee pot, mold on ac unit, control for ac unit did not work, Front entrance key fob box did not work resulting in me having to walk in the dark and rain around the block to the back of property, dirty drip pans on stove, food stuck in oven rack, 2 out of 3 blinds were broken as well as dirty, no grab bars for shower, thin mattress on bars for a bed and wobbly, dishwasher was dirty.

No elevator

It was clean. Had kitchen but we didn’t use.

1)Bad bed. No Queen. It was a standard that sagged in the middle. Hubby tried sleeping on the kitchen bench. 2) no elevator! Very challenging for 2 seniors in their 70’s with bad knees and feet. 3) parking was Around the corner from hotel. We almost had to pay. 4) only 1 bath towel each. No bath mat that is dangerous on a wet floor.
