Love the apt itself

The entrance, lobby and upstairs hallway made me very uncomfortable . It smelled and looked like it was unsafe . It had an industrial uncared for vibe. Inside the unit was great though .

Lobby area was messy (first thing you see) and elevator floor needs to be replaced (tripping hazard with split/shredded vinyl tiles)(second thing you see) and there were some wear and tear and construction settling issues in the unit (chipped counters and tile pulling away from wall and edge of bathtub). For a relatively new property, was surprised to see so many issues. Also the key code that was sent to me did not work for entry into the building/unit.

The location is great with everything nearby. Street parking is hard to get but a parking structure is very close. Bring roller luggage for easier hauling back from parking structure.

This is our 7th stay at Exhibit A2. The facility is getting a lot of use and it shows. Our past 2 stays the units have not been clean. This past stay the bedding and floors we dirty and trash was left in the bedroom closet. The futon was sagging on one end, shade in the bedroom wouldn't close and the bathroom outlet did not work. We did let management know about the issues both times.

We love this place! This is our 5th time staying there. The hosts are very personable and kind.

We have never had an issue with our other stays but the floor was extremely dirty, like someone had been living there and never cleaned their floors and the coffee table in the living room area was covered in stickiness like something had spilled. Not complaining just making the host aware so they can prevent this for future guest.

It’s was a nice place.

There are full size beds. And they didn’t have a room with two queen beds like it said.

First and foremost there was literally huge pieces of glass falling on to our balcony from above floors and I mean huge pieces of glass as I was on the balcony literally missing me by inches, as if the building windows were being changed, not to mention the huge piece of glass that literally fell inches from us on the side walk outside next to our vehicle. Balcony was not shoveled so I had to physically try to shovel the snow with a dust pan just to stand out there. The staff there did not speak English so when trying to ask for a shovel, nobody knew what we were talking about, when I asked for supplies nobody knew what we were talking about, so I had to literally go purchase the things that were missing and supposed to be there available. The bed was so small and beyond uncomfortable sheets dirty also, bathroom missing basic essentials, kitchen missing things. Also one of the sockets were the lamp is seemed as if it was gonna blow, and kept pushing the plug out on its own. I can go on but I belive I’ve said more then enough

Location was excellent. Apartment had great natural light and large windows.

Apartment was very worn. Rug was frayed. Stains on the walls. No art on walls like in photos on website. Lamps missing from website photos. Existing lamps didn’t work in living room or bedroom. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Soap dispenser was rusted and broken. Room was badly in need of a deeper cleaning. Lobby was like a construction zone. Furniture covered in plastic. Open construction visible. It was like a back hallway, not an entrance or lobby to a building. Security code in elevator wasn’t working so anyone could access floors with rooms.

The location of Exhibit A2 is perfect in the middle of downtown. I truly enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The staff were also great on answering my questions via the application.

I got a bit confused looking for the main entrance as I did not see a big sign that says "Exhibit A2". Adding that can be helpful. Also, street parking can be challenging unless you are okay with paying for garage parking.

I was cold!!! heat didnt work and admittedly it was -7F outside but it must have been 50F or lower in that apartment! I CAN NOT SLEEP WHEN I AM COLD so no sleep at all . I had to microwave my hoodie to stay warm despite 3layers of clothes for sleeping. To add insult to injury, NO COFFEE although the property was advertised as having coffee. There is no one on site - all calls are routed to an answering service. Calls are answered promptly but can’t solve little things like lack of coffee remotely

There were cum stains on the couch and the water didn’t work on the kitchen . Workers were so Rude

Genuinely, I had the worst date of my life and booked a room here for the date night. I sent him home and got two beautiful balconies to myself and the whole kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There was a gorgeous bath with a window you could not see in or out of in the tub, which was so beautiful. I really loved this room! I was upset and overshared with staff, but they were kind and considerate and non judgemental!

I wish there had been a table or desk. It is less comfortable to work on a kitchen counter top, I find.

Great location, good size apartment, kitchen facilities and large terrace. Host is responsive.

Parking can be cumbersome but usually able to find parking either at parkade a block away or on the street if on a Sunday

The location was excellent, close to the university and also close to Main Street. Parking is a real plus!

The lobby and elevator smell could have been better.. but that’s just me being picky.

The place was within walking distance of quite a few restaurants.

When we arrived the back door was unlocked and open which made us uncomfortable. Furnishings are basic; bed and pillow are uncomfortable. We stayed one night - check in is around 4 and check out is 1030. I asked if we could stay an extra hour and we were denied because other guests were arriving later in the day… giving them over 5 hours to clean a 600sqft space that we occupied for less than 17 hours, 8 of those were spent sleeping. It would have gone along way for them to grant us a one hour extension but I guess hospitality is not their thing. Next time we’ll stay at a hotel - at least they offer breakfast!
