The terrace is perfect, could see the old city and the mother statue, mountain,river and church. Location is quite close to the holy trinity cathedral. And 5min to metro, 10min to ropeway. Have lots of local restaurants around, quite delicious. Zurab is a great host, who is super helpful and friendly, we know local conditions and customs from him which is quite valuable. Everything is clean.

The rooms were spacious, and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep.

The absence of complimentary drinking water and the need to purchase toothbrushes were disappointing. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the lack of tissue in the room was inconvenient. Additionally, the bedsheets were not changed during our four-night stay, and we had to request the replacement of toilet tissue and shower gel. Although the hotel's location in the heart of the old city was desirable, the surrounding streets were old and lacked modern amenities.

The room is spacious enough with a relatively comfortable bed, complementary tea and coffee, mini fridge, and a balcony with a nice view of the Narikala fortress. There is a balcony on top of the hotel too, offering a cool viewpoint of Tbilisi. The host, Marika, is very friendly. Everything runs basically self-sufficiently.

There is no option to select between twin beds and a double bed. For us, it was very inconvenient as we requested a double bed via message before our arrival (also stated in our room reservation for a "double or twin room"), it was confirmed, and they still gave us a room with two twin beds with no option for change. In the room, the curtains are torn and extremely dirty. The sheets are less obviously unclean, but yellow marks are visible on the pillow cases. The remote for the TV doesn't work and Wi-Fi connection is suboptimal even though there are 3 Eleon networks in the hotel. The breakfast is quite basic, the ingredients are below standard and the bread is not fresh. There is a nice attentive Russian-speaking lady who makes additional hot food for guests, which made the breakfast experience less bad.

The staff were really very warm. I was given a good welcome. Even when I reached the breakfast area before they start, they welcomed me and made me a nice welcome before time. These small gestures make the real difference. We don't get this kind of treatment in bigger and branded hotel chains.

Wow, Eleon hotel is really nice hotel. it has a nice veiw on the rooftop. and the breakfast every morning is really good. the staff is also really nice and really helpful.

Staff and cleanliness was best. Only disappoint was with breakfast.May be we are not used to such breakfast. Also with the price felt it was pricey.
