You honestly could not have a better location - literally perfect! The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite and couldn’t do anymore. The food was great. Can’t believe the price such good value for money!

nice that you have the beach option alongside the pool, however we struggled to get beds at the beach most days, the last few days we stayed by the pool as it was much quieter. Location is good clubs, bars, restaurants, mini markets all around. However, people stopping you non stop to try get you to go inside which gets slightly annoying every time you step out the hotel. overall the price was very good for the stay and our room was surprisingly big, agree with other comments regarding the smell in the bathroom it was smelling quite bad the whole time we were there.

the property was too noisy, we didn’t know the area before we came so I guess if this is what you are travelling for then it’s fine, however the music was very loud at all times starting in the morning and until around 2am. this is played all around the surrounding area so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this is probably not it. The majority of the staff were friendly mostly the younger ones , had a couple of problems with very rude bar staff (older man), terrible customer service and rude for no reason making me avoid getting drinks. They don’t speak much English which is fine most of them were attempting to understand and be polite, others just making it clear they didn’t like English even when you try to be friendly. also me and my partner both got quite ill on about the third day with symptoms of food poisoning and were still ill until we left, however we cannot say this was necessarily from the food at the hotel.

The food was what I expected. Varied and catered for everyone’s needs.

Some guests were rude but you can find this in most places anywhere you visit. It was difficult to find a sun bed on the beach in the afternoons.

That i was sexually assulted by the staff, i was threatened by staff multiple times, and i was unsafe inside a hotel i was supposed to be safe in… disgusting staff… worst hotel i have ever been too..

The location of the hotel is brilliant .. on the beach in the centre of the bay at Gumbet. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming with a welcome basket of fruit and wine in the bedroom. The room was excellent with a door opening out onto the swimming pool area. The food was lovely with plenty of choice on the open buffet. Lovely bar on the beach to relax in both during the day and in the evening.

The property was nice and clean with a fabulous location and beautiful views. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the rooms were cleaned well daily.

The food was poor. Not versatile, untasty. Didn’t feel like Turkish food. The bar was very loud until midnight you could hear the music in the room. Also, the internet connection was terrible. No internet coverage in the rooms. Only near the reception and main area.

Had a fantastic room with sea view and large balcony. The furniture in the room was new, modern and clean and the balcony had table and chairs and outdoor sofa and overlooked the Sea and Palm trees. The location in Gumbet bay is great for walking out to the shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own private beach and use of sunbeds. This is a fantastic value All Inclusive hotel, you definitely get what you are paying for.

The food is very similar and can be very repetitive but there is a large choice of salads. Not sure why but sometimes the chef didn't start on the hot plate until 08.30 when breakfast started at 0800. Not a great variety of alcoholic drinks, no cocktails unless you make your own.

Rooms were dirty and never got cleaned in 4 days because they had only 1 key and I kept it on me! Very poor! No internet, tv didn’t work! Furnuters were 100 year old! And restroom smelled bad at all the time! Don’t reccomend it!

Reception staff were rude, and not very friendly, the manager does not respond to complaints. Only time they were nice was when you handed them cash when you arrived. Most drinks weren't free, food was basic.

Breakfast was very nice, location very good directly on the beach. Noisy at night directly opposite all the bars

The swimming pool had black algae all around the edge of the pool so we didn’t use the pool facilities at all .
