The location is easy to find also easy to park our car. Service from the counter was good.

In my room , the floor not so clean, we can see dust and other people hair under and around the bed. The blanket also no so clean, there is a stains like blood on the edge one of the blanket. One of the towel is also torn. And no cold water to drink only hot water. The receptionist told us to get the cold water from other hotel nearby, casavilla hotel.

The staff was affable.

Poor cleanliness, the bedsheets were dirty and shower head was broken.

The wifi has good reception. Location is good.

Areas of improvement. 1.When I arrived, the staircase was not sweep properly or not sweep at all. In the afternoon i can see it was better. 2. The staff need straining, in arrival the staff was listening to music and humming to herself while checking me in. I have to walk down from my room 4 times to collect tv remote control, then soap and then tissue papers. Ridiculous right. 3. Should invest on a better door lock.

SUPER DIRTIEST HOTEL. COCKROACH EVERYWHERE, NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY ESPECIALLY KIDS. POOR RECEPTIONIST SERVICE. THE WAY TALK TO CUSTOMER LIKE WE OWE THEM MONEY! REALLY POOR POOR POOR HOTEL. NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR

I took queen size room What they have: -very slow internet -Holes on ceiling and walls -Dusty and dirty room -Smelly room musky smell very strong -water heater with cold water 💧 -small insects sprawling in washrum - oil and dirt on tables and door knob -somewhat clean bedsheets -acceptable air conditioning What they're missing -Drinking water -water boiler -drinking cups -toilet paper(have to ask) -soap(have to ask) -towel(have to ask) -iron in room -fan -cloth hangers Hope it helps!!!
