great view and fantastic food - really nice staff and exceptional staff at the sauna and pool - the view from the rooms is breathtaking.

the tables for dinner are too close - so you can listen what your neighbors are talking - The Bar drinks were really good and the staff was really friendly but they are too few - it took really long to make an order - we went couple of times.

Spotlessly clean. Tasty food, a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. OK for lunch. The pool is nice. The spa area is not the biggest one, but large enough.

The water in the main pool was hot and ideal for swimming, but I understand this isn't a swimming pool. The Finnish sauna was full all the time.

Everything was literally PERFECT! Especially the level of service, high attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. One of the best places I‘ve ever been to!

The hotel is fantastic. It is modern, the view is beautiful whereever you are, including all rooms. The rooms are big and have all you need.

The pillows in the room were not good, very thin, even using two was not enough for a good sleep. But what let us down was the spa. The pool temperature was below what was needed. Many hotels keep the thermal pool at an intermediate temperature, but also have a bathtub with high water temperature, but this hotel does not have one. Also, everyone is naked in the sauna area, you can't use swimwear, there are towels to cover your private parts, but in practice people don't use them. Maybe it's cultural in the region, but we don't like that situation. There is a small separate dry sauna next to the pool that you can wear with your bathing suit, but not in the full part of the spa. We went to Cortina D'Ampezzo afterwards and the spa didn't have that, everything with clothes in all areas. For these reasons, even after a whole day of skiing, wanting to relax, we didn't use the hotel's spa.

the spa is exceptional, one of the best ever seen in a hotel. the staff is competent, qualified, young, and at your disposal. The room's sofa in the window is something spectacular.

unexpected, unnecessary, and unelegant the use of a small carafe to measure the glass of wine. The courtesy kit in the bathroom is substandard and not at the same level as the hotel.

Almost everything was perfect. Cleanliness’s level 10/10, delicious gourmet meals, amazing SPA and direct access to the ski slopes with a walk in the wood of 6-7 minutes.

It would be great to have a electric kettle and coffee machine + cups in each room. That would allow guests to enjoy the view from the balconies with a warm beverage.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Definitely worth the price. I would recommend also opting in for dinner. There are different options every day which accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets. This is not the hotels fault so I won't take any points off. But it is worth noting that there is no easy way to get to the hotel with public transport. Especially if you have luggage. Either take a taxi or have your own car to visit sites.
