Cette unité de deux chambres au bord de l’eau possède des baies vitrées à chaque étage surplombant le lac Newfound et ses magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le premier étage a une chambre avec lit complet, salle de bain complète, cuisine / salle à manger. Le deuxième étage a un lit complet, un bar, un canapé et une autre table à manger. Dort quatre. Les chambres disposent de lits complets, de tables de nuit et de téléviseurs.
Quai pour la navigation de plaisance et rampe de bateau. Barbecue à gaz, chaises de plage, parasols. Télévision par câble dans les chambres et les salons. DVD / magnétoscope dans les salons. Terrasse sur l'eau. Les vues sont fantastiques !! Tout est inclus sauf les draps. Ceci est une propriété de front de mer avec plage de sable fin. Location de bateaux disponibles dans les marinas locales. Internet / WiFi. Désolé, pas d'animaux autorisés.

Adequate and accommodations in small condo community. right on the lake with beach. Spectacular view of mountains and lake-enjoyed swimming and vacationing there. Hope to return again.

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the lake from this property is absolutely breathtaking. While there were other families around, everyone is very friendly and respectful and we found it to be a very nice, quiet place to stay. The beach is shared with others from the condo group, but is large enough to accommodate everyone. Mostly soft sand with some areas of smooth rocks in the swimming area. The condo itself is comfortable and practical. Not fancy, but it has all the basics that you need (you just need to bring your own towels and linens). Owner was easy to reach, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We hope to be able to return someday!

We have been vacationing at Newfound Lake for the past 15 yrs. This has been by far the best place yet! Waterfront with a sandy beach. Beautiful views and great location.
The condo is spacious, 2nd bedroom is the whole 2nd floor with a couch and dining table as well. Plenty of room for 2 couples or families. We used the outdoor fireplace at night while stargazing. We had a fantastic week and will be back!

Nice location!
Paul was very helpful with our planning process. Condo was clean. Great location if you need to launch a boat as long as there is a mooring available! I would provide a Check In/Check Out document to direct renter's as to what their responsibilities are- such as where garbage/recylables should be placed, etc.

Newfound lake at its best
This was our second year renting and will certainly rent again. The owner Paul is gracious and very accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable and the views of the sunsets 🌅 spectacular!
