The location and cleanliness was fabulous!!
The beds were very hard and the pillows were a buy small.

The little kitchen area was a nice surprise! Very clean and cute! Amazing view!

Room was very humid. A/C did not remove moisture from the room. Everything in the room was damp, even more so than outside.

Roaches and the elevator needs to be redone. For the amount the room cost, I would not expect roaches.

Nice hotel. VERY clean. Dated but we expected that. Good location to catch ferry to Cedar Island. About 15 min drive to Haterras ferry. Staff member at check in was pleasant and professional. Good choice for overnight stay.

The close proximity to everything I wanted to do. I also took the Ferry from Swan Quarter for the first time, which allowed me to avoid the traffic in Kitty Hawk and Rodanthe.
Extreme Village congestion during a Holiday week.

Location Location Location!!!!!! If you love fishing- walk across the street,awesome food -walk in just about any direction.
Nothing not to like,except when it was time to check out which we didn't want to. Thought about staying another few days.

Perfect location, helpful staff, parking in front of the house. Clean room and fresh beds, slightly too soft mattresses. Nice view from 3rd floor on harbour
