relatively expensive even if booked for a longer stay, thin walls / lack of sound isolation means that you can hear neighbours even if they are just talking

Well decorated apt, with all that you need, laundry, kitchen, nice furniture. Central Heat was a bonus! Love how close it is to the beach, and pet friendly. Would definitely stay again!
After almost 30 hours of traveling, the hot water heater was broken and we had no hot water. However, it was fixed the next day. But, after such a long travel time the first thing you want is a hot shower, and that was a bit frustrating. Rodrigo was excellent and easy to communicate with, he had everything fixed immediately. The address is a bit confusing, which could be included in the arrival instructions. The GPS takes you to the wrong spot.

I liked 2 separate bedrooms and the laundry dryer was a positive surprise as the climate was very humid.

Lovely well-equipped property only about 500m from the beach. Nice private garden area with pool. Airconditioning in living room area only, but that was adequate at the time of our visit.
Handle on bathroom door needs fixing!
