Hôtel très bien situé.
Très grande chambre.
Le personnel n’est pas sympathique.
Là chambre n’est pas insonorisée, nous entendions nos voisins d’à côté et du dessus.
Le petit déjeuner est passable.
Nous avions eu un problème d’électricité, cela ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu attendre 48h pour que quelqu’un vienne correctement réparer le bloc car le souci venait du bloc où on insère la carte de la chambre.

The hotel meets the standards! Big rooms, nice location and clean! The staff were also friendly and helpful!
Some facilities and furniture could be renovated or replaced! But nothing to complain about!

Room is very Spacious and clean. Location is very near to the Sanctuary. walking distance to bus interchange is near too. Breakfast choices are good and enough.

Not much restaurants around. Luckily Macdonalds is next door.
Quite old hotel of Hollywood theme. Need some renovations.

Firstly the doorman was so lovely and helpful and honestly the nicest staff member there. Women behind reception could learn a lot from him
No soundproofing at all. We were kept up all night by really loud people in the John Travolta room. Really inconsiderate and not restful at all

the breakfast staff they are horrible and they don’t want to make fried egg the breakfast always I have fight to get!

Great quiet, clean and air-conditioned room that accommodated 2 kids and parents. Located in a nice part of town that is walking distance from a lot of sites and shopping.

Poor chambermaid service. re-training needed!
Used paper cups not replaced. Not all used towels replaced.
Bathroom basin plug badly fitting. Needed constant top up due to water loss. Not very energy saving!!

The AC didn’t work and we did not get a new room and were not compensated for it.

this hotel has a really good location, not far from city center, staff is super friendly and breakfast was on top too
the only thing we didn’t like is that we heard our neighbors, walls between our rooms were super thin and it was disturbing quite a lot

the location was perfect and easy to commute, the balcony had a nice view on the top floor, the smoking area was peaceful.
the double bed was set up as 2 single beds , the house keeping kept knocking the door at 9am they also rushed us off to clean the room. the coffee machine was broken for 2 weeks. the staff were miserable every day & the room service phone was broken
