Perfect location in central Cologne. Clean and reasonably priced with friendly helpful staff. Good continental breakfast with wee gifts included.
No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Great location - 10 minutes from train station but very quiet! Brilliant breakfast included!

the ground floor room was very nice and beds were quite comfortable. the breakfast was very good although there was not hot option except for boiled eggs, lots of different breads and a big choice of cheeses.
the bathroom although adequate was tiny and getting in and out of the shower was quite difficult and I would say nearly impossible if you are less able.
breakfast although nice was let down when the hotel is full by just 1 member of staff doing everything, serving, clearing, making tea coffee etc to 6 or 7 tables

location was great and the hood was quiet
The hotel looked tired and the breakfast was rather disappointing;
also, the very fact that the reception is empty at night is problematic, we had a loud neighbour and we wished we could have complained to the reception.

Very convenient location just a few minutes walk from the central station, yet situated in a nice quiet street. Lovely room and very helpful and accommodating staff.
The room was a bit warm and layout not ideal with power sockets in inconvenient spots and a lot of space taken up by a gigantic chair. While not actually an issue during our stay, it was unsettling that reception was often unavailable.

This hotel is located in a quiet street, close to the Dom (and the train station). It offers pretty large rooms with comfortable and clean beds, and a clean bathroom. The continental breakfast is excellent. Recommended.
There are some small disadvantages to the fact that the hotel is only staffed in the morning.

I have never been to a hotel where there was no staff present in the evening and had to collect the keys. It is interesting what COVID has done. Coming to the hotel, the location is not far from the train station - 10 min walk (longer if you are hauling luggage); once we reached, we collected the keys from the 'safe' outside the hotel. There was really no staff to guide us - it was easy getting to the room. The room was spotless and lovely in just white. A bed room plus a small separate lounge area which we found just perfect. The window overlooked the courtyard and had a fire escape access which we used as a balcony. Breakfast was actually nice - breads, coffee, cheese, fruits, eggs etc. The owners was helpful and chatty - I guess, we are all recovering and adapting to the COVID pandemic. Location wise, its perfect to get around anywhere by walking - to the Dom and surrounding areas or to the Zoo. Close to the river side as well. Stay there again, yes!
Everything was good about the room expect the shower where the water pressure was low and was more like a sprinkler than a shower. They need to fix that!

A perfect location! Only a few minutes on foot to the Dom and city centre.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, although I can imagine it getting a bit hot on very sunny days. Breakfast was nice, staff was friendly.

The location was good with a parking garage about a block away. The breakfast was excellent.
The shower pressure was very weak.
