A room with a balcony facing the main road (Detmolder Str.) - a lot of traffic noise with the door open. The air conditioner works poorly, but it must be switched on when the door is closed due to traffic noise.
Bathroom equipment - everything is fine, but it needs maintenance.

The hotel is not far from the highway, what is very convenient when traveling. The hotel has a large car park. The room is big and exceptionally clean and there is a kettle in the room. Lidl is located 200 meters from the hotel. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the breakfast.

Woman receptionist-breakfast supervisor was so kind and response in high level
Man receptionists was not satisfied.they did not tell how to heat the room. Heating were not working as we wanted to contact and seeking for help, there were no respond to our wishes. No body was at reception by 11pm.
