Good sized room. Comfortable pillows. Bicycle stored in garage free of charge.

Noisy as room facing main road. This is unavoidable in a central location but the price for the noisy room should have been lower.

The rooms were big and clean and the location is quite easy to reach.

When we arrived we asked if the restaurant is opened and we can eat (it was about 7:30 PM) and we were told that it's Friday evening, so we can't expect to find a free table. As a 4 star hotel, you would expect to have some tables reserved for your guests.
Regarding the room service, there isn't any available even if it is present in the facilities option. At least they have allowed us to take the breakfast for our sick grandmother upstairs by ourselves.
As for the breakfast, too expensive for what it was offering and the food looked awful and like it was prepared 1-2 days ago.
As for the staff, except the evening lady that was extremly friendly and helpful ( unfortunately we didn't get her name), our feedback was that they can at least smile because it doesn't cost a thing.

Breakfast was told to take place until 1100 AM at the check-in, but was not open 1005 AM anymore. There was still people in the restaurant but we were not allowed to join - as the serving was ended at 1000 AM - only 5 minutes before!
Very arrogant and unpolite customer service in all. This kind of places should be just avoided, there are plenty of decent hotels in the area too. Next time elsewhere, that's for sure.

Some staff was helpful and very kind. Nice hotel clean and modern. Rooms are quiet.
A bit off the center. Breakfast should have more seasonal fruits and being till 10am everyday instead of 9:30.

Not nice welcome. The restaurant was booked for a group and it was not possible to eat inside. We were asked to take a taxi to a restaurant. scandalous

A comfortable, silent hotel room. The check-in and check-out is easy. There are many parking places in the near.
The washbasin is in the room, not in the bathroom.

The hotel has a bus station right in front of the door. You can't hear the street or the bus though with the windows closed. To reach the center area you can either go by bus for 3-4 Minutes or walk like 15 Minutes, so rather acceptable for me. Staff is nice and welcoming.
The air-conditioning is a bit noisy, but you can turn it down so it's not too big of an issue. The concept of not having a clear separation between bathroom and bedroom is ok for me, it might bother some people

Location, cuisine, quietness.
1. On the second day all my clothes from the shelf disappeared. There was just a spoken "sorry". Things were brought back by cleaning personal within half an hour, but a pair of socks was lost.
2. At checkout they tried to charge me for the breakfast though I had paid it on the check-in.
They should improve.
