Close to tramways
Huge payment problems. We payed by app, when we checked in hotel receptionist said that it's all good. Day later receptionist said that we have to pay for a stay while we payed already. Reception said that this day it is booking problem that it didn't accept our payment and many other guests had same problem but day later at our check out receptionist said that everyone got to pay at the hotel and they never take payment by booking. When we wanted to talk to manager he didn't even wanted to talk to us by phone. On Saturday receptionist said that manager gave us a discount for such an inconvenience but the other day other receptionist said that we don't have any discount, and started arguing with us. We showed him SMS's with another receptionist that was proving that he gave us the discount. He was really rude, we had to explain him 394492 times that his manager gave us a discount but he clearly thought that he was right even tho he didn't call a right person to ask about this discount. He was also asking us stupid question like "do you want this room for free or what?" "Why would you get a discount, For what?" Unprofessional at its finest. After a long discussion we asked him if he could call the receptionist that we were talking with yesterday, and he finally called him and told us that we were right. Totally waste of time. Next time before accusing, inform yourself better.
In summary
Waste of time, rude receptionist in the check out, so much problems that they will not inform you about in time. Never going back.

Pokoje shodné s popisky i s fotografiemi, uklizené, připravené.
Toho bude víc. Hotel by snesl rozsáhlejší rekonstrukci, ale k věci. Na pokoji nefunkční TV (prostě chyběl kabel, prostě neměli další, podotýkám anténní kabel, 1m za zhruba 40 Kč). Vratká okna, sice čistý, ale už hodně starý koberec (nejen na pokojích, ale i chodbách), při zavřeném okně to v pokoji nevoní, musí se větrat (i v chodbě). Hlučné odpady i stoupačky, vstup do pokoje už letitými dveřmi, které drží, ale člověk má takový divný pocit. Jak jsem psal, hotel by zasloužil rozsáhlou rekonstrukci. Nicméně s ohledem na poměr ceny/výkonu, to prostě na přespání stačí. Snídaně průměrné, pomalé doplňování. Obsluha recepce by mohla být příjemnější a odhodlanější řešit problémy. Za ty peníze to ale prostě odpovídalo. (Mimochodem, mezi svátky chtěli za toto ubytování 5x větší cenu než jsem platil teď, to byl humus!)

Prostorný pokoj
Restaurace má slabý výběr večeří...pizza, hamburgery, značně znečištěné koberce na chodbách, taktéž potah na sedačce pokoje. Nicméně, cestoval jsem jen na jednu noc, neřešil jsem to.

Perfect, ornate breakfast table. Good availability with public transports (metro, bus). Quiet neighbourhood.

Room and toilet were clean, wi-fi working well, staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is just five minutes walking from the subway station (green line) to go to Prague center very easily.

We liked that it was close to the tram station, so we could get fast and easy in the city center. It was small, but clean. The staff was helpful and the free breakfast was good. We paid for the parking, but it was a good deal. For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more.

it's close to the metro station which is great, everything in the room was good, the breakfast was ok
the carpets were not quite clean, and once when someone came to my room during the day to clean they didn't lock the door, when I came back at the end of the day it was unlocked, but I remember locking it for sure.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's near the highway and near the metro station. You can easily get to the city center. The girl at the reception was very helpfuf and kind. Food was good.
There is no free parking place.

The staff iwere collaborative welcoming people, especially "David" he was really "Super-host" and he has full welcoming to provide assistance in everything he can!

It was cheap, had all we needed for one night. Breakfast was good. They gave us the option for late check in, and the nightguard lady was helpful, spoke English good enough. It was quiet in our room, noone stayed in the two rooms next to ours.
The room smelled like an old casino,clearly someone smoked who stayed there before us (or the cleaner staff, i don't know) Maybe that is why the windows were open, made the room quite cold late at night. (end of September) It took long till it warmed up. The whole place could use a renewal, the rugs are old and dirty, especially in the corridors. The parking is horrible in the area, and the hotel has too few parking spaces.

The food was really good and enjoyed massive size pizza too big for 2 people to finish. Breakfast was also very good.
