the property was at 5 minute walk from the train station, and was very clean

The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The location was just outside the railway station so it was well served by buses for getting to and from the town centre.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Location next to Livorno Centrale was perfect. Lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.
Breakfast not included for the price paid. Free WiFi is worthless if you can't see the network in your room. Noisy, 0100 noise in the lobby, out front and on our floor.

The staff runs a scam around their breakfast option. First convincing you to buy it at 5 eur per person and then claiming 10 eur per person. Dishonest place, bad location next to trafficked road and rooms are not clean. Stay away

Location
Room smelled like cigarettes, didn’t feel very nice. All was more or less clean, but colors of the sheet cover and bulky closet was upseting. a bit depresive room. At the beginning lights didnt work, but reception lady came up and turned on fuse on fusebox, made me wonder is there something wrong with electrity there if fuse is blown out?

The room was very Spartan.
The bed / mattress was uncomfortable and hard.
The bathroom itself was spacious, but unfortunately there was no place to put your toiletries.
The shower cabin was very small, when drying off you had to open the doors of the shower cabin.
The room had a balcony but no seats. Not that there was anything to see but three high walls.
There were only 2 power outlets, and 1 was even in the bathroom. Not a great place to charge your telephone.

We had a one night stay over after long travel from home on holiday and before catching a ferry to Corsica. We expected a clean, comfortable room to sleep, which would be close to the boat. Everything worked out perfectly. Room was large, very clean and had all we need to rest prior to further travel. Very nice cosmetics provided in the bathroom. Nice service.
