La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo y saludable. Lo mejor, la atención recibida por los trabajadores del hotel.

Localização, sossego.

Faz muita falta uma chaleira para fazer chá ou café ou mesmo uma máquina de café. Não disponibilizam garrafa de água no quarto.

The location is so nice with good restaurants and luxury shops and easy access to the downtown by subway. The room was so clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and also the location walking to the old Madrid was only 15 to 20 minutes.

We like everything except we walk a little bit to get close to the restaurant

We arrived before check in time and the staff gave us the room anyway, because of they have one already prepared

Very clean. Staff helpful and allowed checkin early morning. Breakfast has plenty of choices and good coffee. Room was comfortable.

The wifi was woeful in our room. We had to sit in the bathroom to obtain a good signal. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

This is an unpretentious but solidly comfortable hotel just off Madrid’s main luxury shopping avenue and the tree-lined ‘paseos’ that run down past the Prado to the station. As such, it is especially convenient for shopping, dining, the park and the museums, perhaps slightly less so for the old city, the palace and the opera. There are several metro stations nearby. rates, breakfast included, are very reasonable for the location.

Nothing to complain about. the buffet breakfast is adequate without being spectacular.
