This place is a bit of a dump. I would only recommend it if it was 1/3 the price. You would be much better off getting a hotel. No cookware except an old rusty pot and a pan. Pillows piled up in the closet with one sad bent coat hanger on the rack. One thin blanket per bed. We had 3 towels for 4 people.

I liked the location. It was close to the things and people I needed to access. The cottage itself was cute and clean.

I'm in my sixties so the beds and furniture were a little hard for me. I didn't sleep well at all. Of course that's my opinion and may be fine for others. I think stocking more towels especially in the kitchen would be a plus. I was told after I was there that there was complimentary water. I'm unsure where that was located. Overall, I think the cottage itself was nice and would've been a great stay when I was younger. My age played a huge part in the review

Had all the needed appliances , looks more like a place you would rent for a week. Not for 2 days.

Hidden cost after booking. The price kind of doubled! If we knew we would have gone to Best Western Hotel. I feel cheated. Could also be cleaner, in it is as if the back door has not been opened for quite some time.

The parking space is great. The location is very close by a few supermarkets so you can easily get your groceries. Also, reasonable distance from Sequoia National Park. Beds were OK and the sheets were clean. The airconditioning is big and powerful; but it's really needed in the summer because the place only has little insolation. The TV with all the streaming services is great though.

The place is a bit run-down and does not look like the pictures anymore. The cooking equipment could have been better.

I was in Exeter for my dads 80th bday and this house happened to be a few houses down from my dads house he lives in orange ave too so location for me was excellent

Bathroom a bit smaller than expected but nice bathroom sink looked like it was about to fall off but nothing major
