locatoin was fine ,alittle way from the town centre,5 mins walk . Thr breakfast was buffet style and catered for all. The room was great ,brigt and cheerfull

Location. Good service. Comfortable bed. Well preserved hotel. Good breakfast. Parking. A bit pricey but would stay there again.
You had to pay to hire beach towels that were old. At breakfast it was extra if you wanted eggs done another way.

The location
This is not a 4 star hotel! Up the road there are genuine 4 star hotels. There is a real staffing problem running throughout this hotel, from the old men on reception the miserable waiting staff to the directors in their office on the first floor, whereby the atmosphere and attitude is dreadful. Not come across this before ever.

The view from the balcony was great. The housekeeping staff for our second floor room was exceptional.
The breakfast was okay except that the eggs were cold.

The room was in the perfect location for visiting the town of Cefalu. We parked our car and never used it for the two days.
Breakfast was the typical continental and was fine.
The cleaning products used were overwhelming when we walked in and we needed to air out the room for two hours.
The AC was very weak and didn’t cool the room sufficiently. I’d stay again but with a balcony facing the ocean.

A terrific complementary breakfast.
The showers are clean but minuscule. Like many at a 3 star. Can’t turn around without turning the water off with your butt. And forget bending over.

The location was just fabulous!! right on the beach and a short walking distance into town, it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived as i did not realise it was so close to everything. Beds were super comfortable. Staff great the restaurant in the hotel was just lovely, the food exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful also not too expensive for a hotel restaurant. Super clean.
Booked a sea view room which was awesome but it was a little noisy at night time, the toilets flushing from other rooms was really loud and made you jump, also the room and bathroom were a bit compact. Would not like it for a long stay. We only stayed 2 nights. The second night we moved because we had only booked one night in a sea view room and decided to stay another night. The room we were moved to was twice the size with no view but super quiet and the one we preferred. furniture and bathroom a little dated.

internal noise from bathrooms also from other rooms. Flushing toilets was like earthquake also from others. We woke up every time.

Unfriendly looking staff leaving an uncomfortable feeling with each question asked, loud and strange toilet flush, badly soundproofed rooms with very loud street noises in the night due to poor insulation of roller shutter

the air conditioning is controlled by the front desk. the temperature was extremely uncomfortable in our room.

Excellent location for old town and train station. Beach across the road. Great views from balcony. What more could you ask for! Rooms cleaned daily including floors and towels changed. Good choice of food at breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

it was a little loud at night but it’s a happening place and there was the basketball tournament going on. when it was over it was quieter at night.

Wonderful location, perfect location. Cca. 10 min walk from the railway station and from the old city. Very quiet rooms. Good beach. Breakfast is perfect, with fruits, coffee and bacon, eggs, too. We could pay by card.
