I resepsjonen fikk jeg først vite at jeg ikke hadde booket rom, viste bookingreferanse som ikke gav medarbeideren noe??, etter en stund fikk en forklaring på kluss med fornavn og etternavn...... Dette gir ikke et godt førsteinntrykk.......fikk rom til slutt

Super Lage, direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum, mehreren Restaurants, dem Tourismusbüro von Alta, Parkgarage mit Lift ins Hotel; perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Jagd nach Nordlichtern in der Umgebung von Alta. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, vielseitig und frisch. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. An den meisten Wochentagen gibt es auch die Möglichkeit von Abendessen im Hotel, das wirklich exzellent zubereitet ist. Hat man sein Zimmer auf der "richtigen Seite", hat man sogar noch eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Nordlichtkathedrale und die Bergkulisse im Hintergrund.

Die Fenster könnten mal wieder von außen geputzt werden, allerdings ist das im tiefen norwegischen Winter auch nicht so einfach. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich finden konnte.

TV had a problem and just kept rebooting.

The beds were really good, and the breakfast was very good.

The receptionist were little bit tired (working over time) and I needed to ask a lot of questions to get the info. The fee for the dogs (35 e) is too high I think, at least there should have been a water bowle and towel for them for that prize. I have travelled with dogs all the time, and this was the most expensive ever.

Exceptionally clean, modern, the interior design was outstanding. Loved the floor heating in the bathroom

The room could have profited from a carpet to make it cozier. Some more toiletries, like body lotion and shower cap, would have been appreciated.

Very nice hotel, fantastic breakfast and most important! OUR CUTE SAUSAGE DOG WAS WELCOME 😊 It's wonderful to find hotels like Thon Hotel Alta where you can stay with your dog 🥰

Spacious, modern and very clear bathroom with an amazing floor heating that made you want to stay there. The design is very nice, everything is very clean and looks new.

Little wardrobe space as well as room for luggage. The toiletries were quite spartan: soap, shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper.

I had lost luggage , from the airport, and William was amazing at assisting me to locate my lost luggage and have it delivered to the hotel. Also, the duvet in the room is really amazing and warm. Very comfortable room.
