a pleasant stay of which we loved the excellent location in the old city. comes with breakfast that has great views over

excellent location! smack within the old city and walking distance to everything. awesome breakfast view over the terrace. discounts for restaurant outside. great helpful staff. and it was a previous palace so you feel the history and the grand majestic atmosphere

Would definitely recommend, staying here and you can feel the best of Kotor.

Definitely a class property. Situated right at the old town by the main square. Based on an old/ historic building, it has been very tastefully renovated. Would like to call out the staff for their courtesy and understanding (being a family with 2 small kids, we sometimes had specific demands which were met with as best as as possible). Thanks for that. We were in a family/ deluxe suit, which is very large and spacious, and with big windows overlooking the main town square and clock tower (wonderful views hands down). Also appreciate the impromptu arrangement of boat trip for us.

The breakfast options and range could be improved, with little more flexibility if we ask for slight off-menu items.

Great position at the entrance to the old town. Historic building very well renovated inside. Very luxurious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception and lovely ladies who took care of the breakfast.

A Lovely Hotel.

I like this hotel the more times I stay - this was my third visit. At this time of year, (February), the hotel and Kotor in general are quiet and enjoyable though, late April and early October are my favourite times to visit. On previous visits, I had a "deluxe" double, once booked, once upgraded. This time, I had a standard double, slightly smaller, beautifully furnished AND with a walk in shower (no bath) - much better for me (a single traveller) and brighter. This room shares the common outside balcony on the second floor and I will request this room next time I stay . It goes without saying that again, all staff members and management were excellent and the breakfast, taken in in the adjoining Pub AS, (outside was my choice), was superb. All round, a lovely hotel and easily recommended.

The location, the staff, the ambience, the room! The view, it was enchanting!

I tried to take a bubble bath and the tub filled up with murky water so I don’t know if the tub was dirty or the water coming out of the faucet.

short comforter/cover for a King size bed and two people (there were blankets available, but it is not the same without sheets). not sufficient plugs next to bed for phone charging. coffee available in the room could be better.

Gorgeous hotel in the best location!

Gorgeous hotel in best location for exploring the old city. Very near the main gate so also easy for pick up and drop offs with your luggage. The decor was lovely and of a fine quality. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way when I lost a piece of my belongings (it was found!). Breakfast had many options and even had prepared espresso (not just the automated machines found in many take away cafes), delicious. The room itself was very spacious and had great views of the front square. We were able to stow our bags after check out for the hour before we left the city which we appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel, in an excellent location, with very helpful staff.

The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and polite, particularly those on the reception desk and those serving breakfast in the morning.

There was a strange smell in the room, which we thought was probably coming through the air conditioning or the ventilation system in the toilet. When we opened the windows it went away, but when we returned at the end of the day after the windows had been closed all day, it was back again.

EVERYTHING’S AWESOME HERE

EVERYTHING The location is perfect it is right next to the bus station and everything is near an the port is near so it’s easy to go on tours the staff are really helpful and hive a lot of advice and recommendations the cleaning is great

Nice hotel in old town.

Located in Kotor old town near the main gate and square, accommodated in a pretty building with almost 500 years history, close to the seaside and restaurants, bars ans shops, convenient to enjoy the life in old town. The facilities are very good, rooms are clean.

A little bit noisy during night since there is a big restaurant and bar under the window, but all the windows are with sound-proof glasses, so it is acceptable. The price is high during the summer time.

No elevator or ac, but good location

The location is amazing, room is big with a balcony

There is no elevator to the room and a lot of stairs. The AC didn't work in 3/4 rooms or work very weak which didn't made a difference The stuff were not really helpful with the AC issue, didn't send no one to check it till we got really upset

The location of the hotel is great, as well as the building and the personnel. Breakfast is good and the staff working in the restaurant is super pleasant and welcoming :) The hotel supported us to book several sightseeing tours, which was very convenient.

We booked a room with a balcony and upon arrival, we were offered a room without a balcony. The explanation was that on booking.com the description of rooms is not correct. We were placed in the room we initially booked and paid for only on the second day. This created an overall negative impression of our stay in the hotel. The cleaning is not great, even the garbage is not taken out of the room on a daily basis.

Very good

Location - extremely central in the old town. Staff - very friendly and assisted us with luggage, booking tours, etc. Top tip - if arriving by car, ask the driver to call the hotel in advance and someone will assist with bringing luggage into the old town. Breakfast - great spread, very friendly staff. Room - very large but a few items could be improved - see below.

Air-conditioning - not the greatest, but did work. Room - was huge but a little bit dated. I think the bathrooms will need to be updated in the next few years.. Beds - not particularly comfortable.
