Excellent location, awesome value for money. I like the rooms with 2 queen beds which allow us to stay in one room with our kids. My wife accidentally dropped her earring into the sink drain. The hotel staff retrieved it for us with no expectations of compensation or tip. But we did give him a generous tip to thank him properly.

The staff when I booked in is OK. However, all i heard from them was we apologize mam but there was no clear statement to address my concern.

The TV is not working, both cable and local channel. Super noisy I can hear the vehicles outside since the room is facing the main road. I was not able to get a decent sleep with the street noise. No drinking water inside the room. Not even a word from the GM or Duty Manager to ask how was my stay to think I was very vocal about my complaints / concerns. Limited options of food in the buffet breakfast. Not going back!

Check-in was fast. Kim, the front desk officer, was so accommodating. Room was spacious, 2 queen beds can fit 4 people. Bonus for us was the water dispensers in the hallways.

Just some minor dissatisfaction - hot water wasn't hot enough for a morning bath, no hand soap provided. Amenities-wise, they don't have pool or gym.
