The location is great, right across from the Romana beach. We enjoyed having a ground floor unit right next to the pool. AC worked well. Beautiful large patio and the outdoor facilities are very nice.

The furniture in our unit #108 was sparse. No lamps by the beds etc. Kitchen was missing some items that are a necessity for cooking such as a spatula. The unit was very smelly, with a moldy smell. We only slept in the master bedroom one night because the smell had us waking up feeling sick. Couldn't use the couch since it was also smelly. Not sure what exactly was going on with this.

Top marks for location, the complex itself is very pleasant, quiet and well maintained. The apartment itself is tired, and in need of renovation, but it's spacious and clean. Overall very pleased with the staff, who did their best to be acommodating and helpful.

The company had just acquired the apartment to rent it, and there was a problem with the lock, that hadn't been tested. Also on arrival at 1am, the outdoor key to the complex didn't work at all, and we waited outside with all the cases about 10min till someone came to our rescue. The explanation was that when they cut keys they don't always work. Not a good start to the holiday and simply not good enough! You should test that all keys work before giving them out to customers! Apart from that, they did their best to solve the situation and placed us in a bigger apartment as they could not fix the lock straight away.
