We’ve stayed in the apartment which was next to a crowded noisy road.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice! There is enough parking space, dinner was very good with enough choices. Thee Otztal card is a really nice extra. Also the pool/sauna is really nice. In general it's a really nice hotel if only there wasn't so much noise that prevented us from sleeping well...

The hotel is situated at a very busy road, which causes a lot of sound. We stayed at the Suite Sunneseita which is situated facing the road . And to make it worse, on the other side it's right above the teracce of the restaurant. So untill late at night you can enjoy the talking/laughing/screaming of drinking (drunk) people. The windows are pretty sound proof but with 30 degrees keeping them closed is not really an option.... So i you want peace and quit and want to sleep at a normal time then I advice you to not choose this hotel. But if you're the one sitting on the terrace having a drink every night or if you're not bothered bij noise, then this is a great choice!

We loved breakfast and dinner! The food was always nicely prepared, the salad buffet was excellent. The room was quiet and we had a beautiful view on the mountain. It snowed the night we arrived, so we had a great view to wake up to in the morning. The spa was fantastic, very nice and quiet lounge area, great saunas. The staff was very friendly and we had many good chats. We loved our stay at Bergwelt and can definitely recommend this lovely hotel!
