Friendly and helpfull staff

great location, super spatial, lots of natural light. we booked a room with city view but the room actually has some water view! the breakfast is super great and the host is very friendly :) we love it!

the building is older so it squeaks when you walk and doors are harder to open/close. it’s also self-check in but the instructions were not given ahead of time

A delightful pension right in the centre of Cesky Krumlov! Room was spacious with all necessary amenities! Grateful for an early check in and breakfast was delicious! Staff were very friendly!

It was beyond our expectations. Great location in the heart of the little town, very convenient stay and very friendly staff. It has coffee machine, kettle and a fridge which was really nice. Nice restaurants around and also a small supermarket at the corner in case of any need. The breakfast was also really good, especially with the scrambled egg that they made for us.

Something minor was that we didn’t have a check in instruction and had to make a call to check in. But everything else was perfect.

The room was beautifully furnished, with plenty of storage space and plug sockets. The location was was very central and easy to find. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the doughnuts :-) The staff were also incredibly helpful and assisted in printing our return boarding passes.

Value for money is great,its clean but like on the lot of places I never understood are owners saveing money or mattresses or have no idea whats comfordable. My car seat is more confortable than this bad. To put 15 cm of foam id solid wood plate is just nonsense, it have to be or on slats or picket mattress. Holiday means to rest and sleep well after whole day moving around. Pillows have to be at leasz 2 and not one poor fulled. Start to think on your clients,as few Eiros more can brought a good sleap

The location is very good, has tea and coffee,(nespresso) in the room, Stanislava(the staff) is very nice, check out early ,she prepared breakfast for us to take away, very recommend and like this homestay! Good memories in CK

Spacious and clean room in historic building in the heart the beautiful town.

We got a whole apartment, that was very spacious and nicely furnished. there were some hiccups with our check in, but the hotel dealt with it quickly and effectively.

We were expecting parking on property (one of the main reasons we have selected this hotel), but that was not the case. Instead we had to use a paid public parking and we were offered a discount, that we couldnt use, because it required us to go and register at the visitors center, which was closed by the time we have arrived.

I would like to say that the staff - Kristýna in this case - was great, friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, in the very heart of the city center and you can easily reach from there every side of the city center as well. The hotel will give you a permit card for parking in the city center for your easier arrival and departure. The room was very nice; comfy and big bathroom as well. The breakfast was big and delicous, they even have gluten free options.

The only thing we really didn't like was the bed, two separate mattresses without the bed frame, always moving. Wasn't really comfy. I personally missed paper tissues and ear cotton swabs in the room, didn΄t find a hair dryer either.

Friendly staff, really nice breakfast, big room with Nespresso, which was a nice suprise. Location is good, many restaurants are all over. BUT there is no parking as hotel is in a pedestrain area. We were confused and entered by car anyway, but it is prohibited. You have to find 1 out of the 3 parking lots around the old town and then reach the hotel by foot. Might be you can not buy ticket at parking, then you have to leave a car and go to the Info center in the old town and buy a ticket there. At least we had to do this by recommendation of the hotel staff. Look at google map and choose P3 parking which is 5 min walk from the hotel.

Comfort wise all is fine, no complains, but when you stay at ancient building you expect the room to be same or similar style. But room was more like ordinary apartments. However it is really a very small complain :) ...and note that hotel does not have parking as you might get an impression.

They clean only every second day. There is no personnel at the property (except for the morning during breakfast time) so if you need something it is hard to get in touch with someone. Make sure you get the code to the card holder before you arrive otherwise you won’t be able to get into the hotel.

Excellent location; it couldn't get better. Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was very clean and we had a very good breakfast. Next time, I would stay there again.

Pillow was a bit soft, but it was not essential.
