Staff was mostly fine to me, but was rude to my two friends staying in the room who were persons of color.
They were also generally stingy. They argued about giving us more than 2 towels, they originally only gave us 1 key (until I, the white guy, went and asked for them), etc. We were given one tiny shampoo and 1 tiny soap. We actually had to go buy body wash from the drug store.
Also, the entire hallway smelled like fish 2 of the 3 days we were there. Thankfully it didn't waft into our room. It was also very loud. We could hear footsteps on our ceiling non-stop.
Also, the toilet paper holder was missing, so the roll had to just sit on the bathroom counter.
Overall it was a negative experience. It wasn't terrible in any specific way, so I would stay here again if I had no other options, but I'd definitely prefer to stay somewhere else.

Lots of Highway noise , cheap pillows
Sandpaper towels.
Bed was so so soft.
Front desk personnel was very nice.
You have to throw your own Garbage away
In
The dumpster! That’s a new one on me.
Or Woodspring charges you 50 bucks
For taking your garbage out.
Very weird , felt like I had to vacuum and make the bed LOL

Had to book last minute due to inclement weather and being unable to drive back to springs, the front desk associate was very friendly and respectful. Room was very clean and comfortable, no homeless people in the area and parking lot was nice, and the area seemed pretty safe.

I was fine but my friend was not happy with the bed. He felt it was a bit uncomfortable

Amazing staff, treated very well, wasn't noisy, the room was clean and had a full fridge, stove and microwave. Great place to stay and at an amazing price. No complainants

We DO NOT recommend staying at this location. It is almost fully long-term stay with kids and animals running around & paper-thin walls.
The worst part was the staff which were completely useless in resolving an issue where we were charged $50 instead of the listed $25 pet fee. The front desk worker got immediately defensive and quickly escalated into yelling at us in front of their other customers. Extremely unprofessional, I’ve never experienced anything like it.

It was very hard to get a good nights sleep dogs barking people slamming doors it was 1:30 am before it finally got quiet. But on the up side was very clean and the people at the desk were very friendly

Rooms are clean, tidy, and everything is laid out in an orderly manner. The fridge, microwave, bathroom, etc are clearly well maintained. The only thing I have to critique is the lack of proximity to transit, but that is in no fault of the hotel/staff. All around good stay.

The poor woman working at the front was overworked. It was just her and she was trying to check in a steady line of people, plus people needed help. She was doing great, but they obviously needed two staff.
The rooms don’t have anything—no hair dryers, no cups, no forks. Not like an extended stay where they provide some basics.
They cleaned two rooms above us at 9:45/10:00 at night. I had a kid that couldn’t sleep—dragging furniture, vacuuming—the building is very poorly insulated. The people checked in at midnight—woke us both us. More dragging of furniture. The people next to us got up at 5:00, again—the noise was like they are in our room.

I'm moving to Denver and had arrived here after a 22 hour road trip. To say I had a trying few days getting here is an understatement. Once I got here, though, my mind was at ease! The people have all been amazing, truly. The building is very clean, and the room was in excellent condition. I've stayed in dozens of hotels all around the country and in Canada; this is one of my favorites. It's not in the city center, which is (honestly) great. You can get to downtown Littleton in about 10 minutes and downtown Denver in 20. 'Definitely a property I would recommend and return to myself.

1) No WIFI in room, office lady said is my computers fault. Had weak signal in hallway, NO signal in room.
2) VERY LOUD kids in room above, yelling and hitting floor above, office took NO ACTION.
So I checked out and filed refund complaint with bank card, they refunded my money.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS NEW OFFICE PERSONNEL ARE HIRED!!!!!!

Check in is at 3pm and our room was not ready until 6pm.

There was a car parked right in front of the entrance that was very recently broken into with a broken window and glass everywhere. Vomit in the parking lot. Lots of people loitering in the parking lot smoking and drinking. It was very noisy inside on the floors. And it smelled horrendous. We stayed for 10 minutes and left.

Horrible experience! checked in and our room was not clean after being told no other rooms were available, they finally gave us another room but we quickly found out the door didn’t lock and could be opened without a key card so they really nice but very frustrated man at the front told us to go get dinner and he will have a room available when we got back. After dinner and walking around sightseeing we got back and they gave us another room..we opened the door to find a dirty room with toilet paper all over the floor and the bed not made so we go back and let the guy know.. we ended up having to wait awhile and we finally got our original room.. What a mess! Then to top it off we attempted to get drinks from the vending machine and it ate our money😩

Only bad is floor is thin. You hear all walking upstairs , nice place

No real issues. It’s pretty basic hotel. A dog a few doors down barked both nights til midnight. Busy street, only 29 yards away (Santa fe). Hotel rate is reasonable but not sure it would be worth going back

Our room was very clean, very spartan, no toiletries. Woodspring Suites is pet friendly, which I overlooked, and in a very safe area. I did not like the many groups of people just hanging around outside for long periods of time.
2.0
Lost reservation, tv didn't work, unable to open blinds, had to ask for towels and elevator broke and staff offered no assistance.
5.0
Not the property’s fault, but the entrance off of Prince street from Santa Fe, has a barrier so you have to make a U turn further down Prince street and enter the property coming from the opposite direction.

The room was dirty! It must be a newer hotel as it was in good shape but the room and bathroom were so dirty. There was dirt in every corner, hair all over the bathroom and the floor through out was sticky. Yuk.

When I was checking in, there were some issues going on that were beyond the control of the front desk clerk, Silas. He handled the situation and the people well.

I paid for a room so I could check in at 3. Wasn’t allowed in the room until 7pm! Unprofessional staff arguing with guests in the lobby in front of 10 people. Had to pay full price for a room that I was late getting into, no amenities at all, not even an ice machine! $124 a night, for the second worse hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Not happy! Won’t stay at this name brand hotel EVER AGAIN!

This hotel was a fine base of operations for a few days of errands and visiting before I returned home from Denver. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was not equipped with utensils and such, but that matches the price, which was pleasantly low. I appreciated the full size fridge. The location is quite convenient to walk along the Platte River Trail and walk to downtown Littleton, as well as driving to stores for errands.

We had an hour wait to check in !! Seems normal ! We saw same thing every afternoon !

I did not check in. Nobody was at the front desk and i waited 30 minutes. Finally had to move on and find a new hotel. I need a refund.

People live there full time, so keep that in account. One towel and wash clothes. Bed was absolutely terrible, small room, front counter is only open certain times maybe and hour then they shut it down. Lots of noice.

I had a good stay. I felt safe and the staff were nice and welcoming. My room was clean but i had to go over the floors with cleaner and a towel. Outside my door it looked as if the room was swept out but they forgot to vacuum the it up. The bed was kinda lumpy and stiff and the pillows were flat. I used my own pillows. The shower pressure is low. I read this in other reviews as well. Alot of people staying there hanging out in front because the property is smoke free but i never felt unsafe. Overall a good stay. I would stay again if i needed to.

It was alright, electricity went out in room, then elevator quit working. Shower has poor water pressure

Nice extended stay type of hotel. Nice hotel for a no frills stay.
