The girl at reception was amazing. She was very busy but she accommodated our group as best as she could even before the check-in. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was good and there are a lot of choices, though there is little to no variety between meals. Bed was OK. Location is unbeatable, the hotel is right in the center, and very close to the beach and port.

Parking is difficult. You wait at a barrier on the busy main street, and then proceed to a narrow underground garage. Cleanliness can be MUCH improved - there were hairs from the previous customer everywhere, the bathroom smelled strongly of mould and overall looked poorly maintained. The showerhead is fixed to the wall, and looked like it would fall of at any time. The room seems to be stuck in the 90s with a tiny CRT TV and only 2 outlets (for the TV and the fridge). The AC was positioned so that it was blowing right across the bed which was an issue during the hot nights.

The hotel is in a great location and very spacious and sunny. There is a very accessible pool and restaurant on the roof. We also had free parking. The hotel will probably have to renovate the bathrooms at some point because everything else is at a higher level of service. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable.

The internet was only in the lobby but it was reliable and constant

We visit Kusadasi often and always stay at Surtel. The location could not be better for the shopping centre and sea front. Food is excellent in terms of choice and quality, views from the rooms on the hill facing side of the hotel are spectacular and give panorama of the town and sea.

A good priced Hotel with Superb Central Location for everything, Bars, Places to eat and very very close to the seafront, and all in all a Hotel that i would go back to in the Future !

I don't put this at THE Top of my Trip packages, but the WI-FI was Pretty terrible !

Location and staff.

Old hotel, fridge and AC did not work, we had to change the first room because of the smell, old mattresses. Very clean though. Could not eat dinner because the food was not ok. Great location, hope in 2 years will look better.
